Magnolia Crate is a stationery and paper goods subscription box. Each month you’ll receive 4-6 items, primarily greeting cards.

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

The Subscription Box: Magnolia Crate

The Cost: $19.99 a month plus shipping ($2.76 shipping to PA)

COUPON: Use coupon code MSAFREEMONTH to save $19.99 on any subscription that is 3 months or longer!

The Products: 4-6 paper good and stationery products. Mostly greeting cards.

Ships to: US and Worldwide

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included:

Now, onto the cards!

Happy Birthday Card by The Detroit Card Company – Value $4

This card is matched with a craft paper envelope. I love the swirly font on the pink background – this card is equal parts cute and useful!

Be My Valentine Card by Clap Clap Design – Value $4.50

(This box arrived well before Valentine’s Day – I’m just a little late in getting the review up!)

I love that even the back of the card continues the floral design – this card is gorgeous.

Happy Birthday Card by Clap Clap Design – Value $4.50

Another lovely Clap Clap card! My mother in law has a Spring birthday, so this card will be perfect for her!

I Love You Card by Hennel Paper Company – Value $4.50

Another fun card for Valentine’s Day!

LePen Fine Point Marker Pen in Pink – Value $2

This is a nice addition to the box – perfect for signing your cards in a Valentine’s Day appropriate color!

Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $19.50. I would have loved to see one more card in the box to get the value above the cost of the monthly subscription plus shipping, but if you sign up for the 3-month subscription with theMSAFREEMONTH coupon, it works out to about $15 a box (including shipping), so I think that value is good!

I’d recommend this box if you love getting unique stationery items in the mail – everything they sent (including the box itself) is gorgeous!

  1. Those Clap Clap cards are stunning! They remind me of Rifle Paper Co.

    • Yes! I thought that, too! 🙂
