Exclusive A-Team T-Shirt - Value $15?
I never watched much A-Team, but I dig the cool design and retro font of this shirt! It's comfy and soft, too, with plenty of stretch. The sleeves are a little on the short side for my style, though. I think it's because of the "women's" cut.
Caleb Gray Studios Wall Decal - Value $7.00?
I couldn't find this exact item online, so I linked to a similar item from Caleb Gray.
This cassette decal is about the size of a greeting card or a paperback novel. I love the retro colors! I don't know if I'll use this on a wall, but I might stick it to a notebook, a planner, or maybe the side of my bookshelf.
Wacky Wally Toy - Value $6.88
Oh my gosh, I remember these toys! These sticky critters were a real fascination to me when I was really really little.
The Fun Fact in this box is on the back of this toy. It's crazy that this silly thing could make someone a millionaire!
All you have to do with this guy is throw it against a wall, or a tall, glass window if you've got one. (Mirrors work pretty well, too.) You'll want to throw it as high up as you can. Why? Because the fun of this wiggly, sticky octopus is watching it tumble, slowly but surely, down the wall!
Wheeeeee!
Warning to Wacky Wally newbies: Do everything you can to keep your toy away from the carpet, or any textile surface if you can. This thing is a magnet for dust, lint, and fuzzies!
Nerds Lip Balm - Value $0.62
Novelty lip balms were a big trend for so long. I always loved Nerds candy, so this was a fun flavor to find in this box.
The formula is a lavender color, but that doesn't transfer to your lips in any real way. It does have a strong, sweet, grape lollypop scent to it and a subtle flavor, too!
Pez Dispenser and Candy - Value $1.25
Pez was my favorite candy growing up, partially because of the yummy candy tablets, and also because of the cool, collectible dispensers.
This item is a retro two-for-one. You don't just get to reminisce about awesome candy, but also the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
I got Leonardo, the turtle with the blue mask. I can tell that the character design is based on the newer version of the cartoon, but it's still a nod to the original. I can't believe TMNT has been around since the '80s!
Verdict: This box was a real trip down memory lane! I estimated the value of the box to be about $31.00. The box is $20.00, plus $7.50 for shipping, so the value inside almost breaks even with the price. Almost everything in the box sparked a memory from childhood, though if I'm honest, it won't be long before the Pez dispenser or the Wacky Wally hits the junk drawer. But if you're a collector, this box could be lots of fun for you!
