The opposite side includes some DIY recipes for green cleaning or beauty products! Or, in this month’s case, a smoothie recipe!

RSVP Endurance Stainless Steel Drink Straws, Set of 4 – Value $9.49

This month, Mighty Fix sent me a set of 4 stainless steel straws. I love these! I had looked at getting some last summer but didn’t end up buying any. These are perfect for protein shakes and smoothies, any thicker drink that can cause normal plastic straws to collapse in when you suck on them. Plus, the stainless steel and reusability mean that they’ll cut down on plastic use, too.

These feel like very nice quality. They’re thick and have little rings around the bent section.

Stainless Steel Straw Cleaning Brush – Value $1.90

Mighty Fix also included a metal pipe cleaner to help keep your stainless steel straws clean! I appreciate this thoughtfulness. Plus, it’s pretty durable itself. The only thing I have to say about it is that I had to use it on each end of the straw because I couldn’t get the metal part to bend with the straw. That could lead to stuff getting caught in the bent part, but as long as you don’t let it sit and dry before rinsing or anything, I think it will probably be okay.

I have to say I’m really happy with these and I like using them – I also like the feeling of drinking the smoothie from the cold straw. Although I have to say that it’s extra unpleasant if you accidentally hit your teeth with it while trying to take a drink (#clumsy).

Verdict: I’m happy with this month’s Mighty Fix, yet again! The value is slightly higher than the box cost, which I’m happy with since these are definitely something I’ll use and I’m happy to have received.

I use pipe cleaners for small straws like that 🙃 they’re bendy and get really soapy!

I got these as well this month. I wish they were wider since I make my smoothies really thick.

I have two of these straws already and I really like using them. I think it’s great that they included a cleaning brush.

if you get the annual subscription each month is just over $8 so a great bargain. My January pack (my first month) contained the beeswax wraps in large and medium. I love them. I have always wanted to try them and now wonder how I lived without them. I like that you get to do add-ons with no extra shipping for your monthly pack. Each sub is not the same for everyone apparently. And if you buy something on their website they make sure you don’t get that item in your monthly sub so no duplicates.

This was our SECOND month and we got the beeswax wraps. It was disappointing for us (we already had some from a different sub and never used them – we just use reusable Gladware for this type of need). I would’ve much preferred the straws.

For our FIRST month (which was December), we got dryer balls, which we liked.

I was just going to get ready to post about my sub being different than this one as “warning” that apparently different people get different things. But this was my first month and I also got the beeswax wraps. So I wonder if they base what you get on either your seniority or what day/time of the month you sign up (because I think they have different monthly sub shipment dates). Hmmm….

I’ll be sure to mention this for future reviews, but I’ll also confirm with Mighty Nest – I think what you get depends on which month of the subscription you’re on? I think Beeswax is default for starting, and I’ve also received the organic cotton washcloths before, too. I’ll contact them to confirm and clarify in the future. 🙂 Thanks for reading!!

Those beeswax wraps are amazing…They totally keep out that yucky fridge smell. Way worth the price!

There are several variations every month. I got a set of five dish cloths this month. Bee’s Wrap seems to be the default first month item if you sign up with a discount.
