December’s theme is Peace, Love, and Joy!

LuxePineapple Collection Baked Shadow Trio in Amalfi – Value $15

This is a baked eyeshadow trio from LuxePineapple’s own brand. There were six shade possibilities, and I received Amalfi. All three colors are smooth and blendable with a shimmery finish. The pink is a unique shade I haven’t owned before, so I’m excited to have it in my possession.

Here are the swatches (without primer). You can see that there’s some fallout just from me swatching them, but it can be managed with eyeshadow primer.

HW Naturals Whipped Body Butter in Lavender Kiss, 4 oz – Value $9.99

This body butter is made from pure essential oils and doesn’t contain chemicals, parabens, preservatives, or synthetic ingredients. Lavender Kiss is described as “Lavender, Vanilla and a hint of Sweet Orange.” The fragrance is warm and inviting, even delicious! The body butter is actually very stiff and requires warming up beforehand to use. That said, a little goes a long way. The finish is silky and non-greasy.

Stonewear Crown Ring Holder – Value $9.99

This is a ring holder with a hollow interior. I really like the minimalist design.

The scalloped edge is lined with gold, which is fitting since it’s meant to look like a crown!

The next two items came from a box within the box.

Contempo Jewelry Single Pearl Necklace – Value $12

This is a LuxePineapple Post exclusive design, which features a silver-tone chain and a hand wire wrapped freshwater pearl.

The wire-wrapped detailing is really neat.

The necklace is 16 inches long with an extender. The pearl rests right at my collarbone While pearls are indeed classic, this design isn’t my style, so it will be gifted to a friend.

LP Pineapple Necklace – Value $9.50

This final item isn’t listed on the card but is mentioned in the letter. It’s a pineapple pendant necklace in a gunmetal finish, and it’s a thank you gift from LuxePineapple.

The pineapple is reversible! One side features pave crystals while the other side is decorated with hearts, stars, and circles.

The necklace measures around 19 inches.

Here’s a size comparison of the two necklaces.

Verdict: The letter from the owner explained that this box was curated around small lovelies, and I think it definitely delivers. I especially adore the ring holder and pineapple necklace. It’s also worth noting that three of the five items are from LuxePineapple’s own collection. The total value is $56.48, which is more than twice the cost of the box.

  1. Got this box in a timely manner and nicely wrapped. I absolutely love everything that is inside! I also got the amalfi eyeshadow pictured in the review. The necklaces are super cute and nice in person that the pics don’t do justice to. The cute little ring holder reminds me of a tooth but it’s cute and different. Love this company and sub box, my fave so far!

  2. This is pretty much an ideal box for me. I love the eyeshadow shades. They look so pretty. And two necklaces!! The ring holder is just my style and the body butter sounds nice.

  3. I wish mine had been packaged as nicely! I didn’t even expect to get the December box when I signed up for 3 months, so I was surprised to receive it. Now that I see I missed out on some of the packaging (that red box for the necklace is lovely!) I admit to a little jealousy. Fortunately, I really liked the items in the box, so I forgive them the lack of presentation. This time.

  4. I just signed up for 6 months of this box to try I out. The ring holder caught my attention and the eyeshadow and body butter are definitely things I would use. My first box will be January I think. Any spoilers for the Jan box? I like the uniqueness of the items in the December box and that the beauty items are natural.

    • Mine already shipped and is expected Tuesday!

      • Do you know if we just signed up whether we get the Jan or dec box?

        • I would assume, but I don’t know for sure. The owner is super nice and responds to emails very quickly!

          • Thx Sara. She responded to my email quickly and offered to check to see if there are any December boxes left for me since they are currently sending out January boxes :)….great customer service so far!

  5. I love the little ring holder, that’s why I signed up for the box! Mine came with two eye shadow things though, I’m not sure if it was supposed to or not. Two different shades.
