Each month, Loot Crate will release a theme that spans across their Core Crate, Loot Pets, Loot Wear, and Loot Crate DX. This month's theme was Origins.
Each delivery comes with an information card that details all of your items.
Each month comes with a collar charm for your pup - just like your month Loot Crate pin. This month was my favorite yet - It's the classic TMNT logo!
Buckles got a little bit dressed up for his big review this month!
Just a gratuitous Buckles picture.
He was absolutely ready to dig in!
Krypto Plush - Value $10?
This month comes with a small Krypto plush toy.
It's right in the range of the size of toy that he really enjoys - Krypto is a great character choice for this month's box!
Star Trek Uniform Dog Bowl - Value $15 on Amazon (based on the bundle price)
You'll receive one of three Star Trek uniform dog bowls!
It a nice bowl - with a non-tippable build and rubber feet.
Size-wise, it was perfect for Buckles' size - hopefully, it scales well for different size dogs!
Meaty-orites Treats - Value $10?
This month's treats were a crunchy chicken and cranberry chip.
This was what he was trying to get to for the entire photo shoot!
He can never wait for me to bring the treat to him - he's gotta meet me mid-way. Overall, he liked them but wasn't sure if he did at first. It took him a little time to start crunching into one, but once he did, he was ready for a second one!
Verdict: This is the first box with the reduced price point of $14.99. Last month we received one additional item, so it looks like they are just cutting one item from the box. I think this is a great price point for the box - since other dog subscription boxes exist, and this one is much more niche, it probably makes sense to be a lot cheaper in cost - making it easy to splurge for your pup every once in a while (like you needed an excuse)!
