  2. Has anyone had issues with their tracking number not being valid? I got notice last week that my box shipped but it’s been well over 48 hours and it still says number can’t be located. I emailed Popsugar last week and was told to give it 24-48 hours, but it’s been a week now. I have sent additional emails but haven’t gotten a response.

    • I’m having the exact same issue. I haven’t emailed them yet, but I hope you’ll post what response you get!

      • Shannon R–the first response I got was that it was the correct tracking # and to give it 24-48 hours. Gave it way more than that, and still says wrong tracking number. I emailed them again and got a response today that said: “Thanks for reaching out!
        We have passed your tracking off to our team at the warehouse to take a look at this order. Once we have an update we will contact you with the status of your shipment. We thank you in advance for your patience.”

        Will see what they say, but still giving me the invalid tracking number when I check the website. πŸ™

    • Yes same issues with Dec and Jan. Its like the last number is missing. My box aways gets dropped off at my local post office 2 mins from me everytime too. Grrr I just hot my shipping code today! Are boxes coming from NY as well?

  3. I have been waiting to receive the home decor box I purchased December 8, 2016. It’s been over six weeks. The customer service is horrid, this company is basically unable to fulfill orders.

  4. If they do another collab with Victorias Secret I will buy like 3 subscriptions! That one was amazing but I was not subscribed at that time. BUT thanks to the BTBF deals I still have 6 more months I think. If they keep up with the great boxes with useful home/fitness/skincare/etc items I will continue to subscribe after and get a full year with the next BTBF deals! I subscribed a two years ago but ended it with the Tarte/heartshaped cheeseboard box, the boxes seem to be better now though, here’s hoping it keeps the pattern!

    • Same here! I should of got the year box instead of the 6 months deal…. I tend to love fall and winter boxes better then spring and summer so maybe it will be better this way…. But I love this sub. Its my favorite.

  5. I cancelled after January. I paid for January and still have not received the box. It still shows in processing. I loved the mystery boxes and my December box but this company has serious customer service issues especially with their mystery boxes. I am not comfortable doing business with a company that has issues with fulfillment. I wish it was better I would have remained a subscriber.

    • Ummm….it’s still January? Lol

      I just wanted to say that I found Popsugars customer service to be beyond amazing. I had an issue and they definitely went above and beyond expectations. I would suggest contacting them if you have an issue, especially if you do not receive January’s box by the end of the month.

    • I just got my box. I always get them later in the month. I actually get all my subscription boxes later than everyone else.

    • I have found PS customer service to be excellent when there is an issue unlike Rachel Zoe’s which you are lucky if they respond at all. This is why PS gets all my money. πŸ€—

      • I still have not received the correct mystery bix I purchased almost six weeks ago. The customer service is terrible.

  6. I still wear the socks from last February quite often and I’m still not done with using the VS lotion that was in that box.

  7. I have a 3 month subscription and was wondering if i can cancel after it finishes and restart when their is another promotion for 3 month?

    • You can, but there probably won’t be another deal until next Christmasish.

  8. My husband did the Black Friday three month deal for me. Will it autorenew in March?

    • I did the same thing. I’m pretty sure it will auto renew at the full price. I hate the thought of paying I think it’s 39.99. I think I might cancel and maybe sign back up if I can get something off.

      • I need to remember to do the same thing! We probably just need to cancel by maybe mid-February when our boxes will have shipped already. Going to set a calendar reminder now.

        • Dince its 3 “credit” subscription, you can cancel now so you dont forget and it wouldnt stop you from reciving the boxes that have already been paid for. Thats what i did back in nov.

  10. I’m a new subscriber and unfortunately it looks like my first box is going to be March. Does anyone know how often they add people off the waitlist for earlier boxes? I would love to get the February box. I was super bummed when I saw they were already sold out.

    • They were sold out of january and february at the ending of december/early january. πŸ˜‘ I was so bummed I couldn’t get jan.

      • Apparently they do have January boxes left.

        I bought a gift sub for my DIL that was supposed to begin in March. They emailed me that they would be sending her January. She is already getting January and February with the gift sub I bought her for Christmas. I have emailed them twice, and other than the email responding that they received my first email, I haven’t heard back.

        I did the same exact thing for my stepdaughter, and her second sub is fine.

        Usually they are much better at responding.


    • The February box is the hottest box from pop sugar, I make sure to get in on that one EARLY!

      • I really want to subscribe every winter if they keep doing the same BTBF deal. It seems like the winter months are the best. Sad I didn’t get in on the action last year! Looks like the February box was great.

    • Totally agree! Seems like they do a GREAT job every Feb! The Jan & Feb 2015 boxes are why I finally became a subscriber!! And Feb 2016 was so amazing πŸ™‚

  14. Yippy I can’t wait to see what they put together. I find it hard to believe that they can out do last years Feb box that I sadly wasn’t a part of but I know Popsugar most likely is gonna blow us away…. So excited..
