Five Four Club is a monthly men’s clothing subscription service. You take a brief survey when you sign up (sizes and style preferences), and then each month they send you on average 2-3 new clothing pieces or accessories. For reference, my style profile is “T-Shirt and jeans.”

I've been subscribing March 2013 and in general, I'm very happy with the quality of the clothing and the value - especially the t-shirts. (We’ve found the sizing to be similar to American Eagle’s sizing if that helps!)

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

January's box revolved around a new pair of jeans!

Lyle Henley

I received one top and one pair of jeans this month. My top is a long-sleeved henley.

I really like the look of this shirt - and the buttons also look a bit more finely crafted than normal.

The henley is a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend and even has a fun inner lining of polka dots!

Stark Relaxed Fit Jeans

These might be my first pair of the traditional blue colored jeans from Five Four Club.

You'll select your waist size but not your length. You'll need to make length adjustments yourself once you receive the pants.

I like the quirky and fun features of their clothing recently! These jeans have dollar sign prints on the inside of the pocket.

Verdict: I'm pretty happy with this month's Five Four Club. My only reservation with the jeans is getting them hemmed - but I like their jean blend since they typically have a little bit of spandex in there. I love the top, too - It's perfect for winter, spring, and fall - so that's a win as well.

So my husband got the same outfit as he received last March (different top names, exact same fit). Is that a normal thing? We get this to mix up the wardrobe and try new things, so it was kind of a bummer.

Eric

That doesn’t seem normal – I’ve never had that happen since I’ve started subscribing in 2013.

Me neither…

No model? We usually see these items on you. That probably sounds weird but I ordered for my 501/sweatshirt wearing SO and am particularly interested this month! Do all the guys get the same stuff?

Eric

No modeling this time – sorry! I don’t believe it’s all the same since you have to fill out style profiles – I think that determines which items you’ll get.

Thanks for the info and sorry to sound like a creeper by asking you to model. Please don’t tell Liz about us! LOL!
