Elevita is a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to helping artisans in developing countries find a global marketplace for their goods. What a noble purpose! That have had an online shop for some time now, but they recently started offering a subscription box!

Once again, everything arrived in this lovely cotton drawstring bag! Such a nice bonus!

This is the letter I received in my package. It goes into great detail about the items in my package, and especially the artisans who created them. It really helps make these items feel so special. This month's box is all about resolutions.

This beautiful stationery was hand block-printed by the Support Foundation, a charity which assists persons in India with physical and mental disabilities. I really like unique stationery!

This heart is made of capiz shell by Elevita's Capiz Cooperative in the Philippines. It's very pretty! The information sheet also mentioned that capiz is an abundant natural resource. I hadn't thought of that, but what a great idea!

These earrings are my favorite item in the box! Black pearls! I don't have any black pearls, and it's been a long time since I've even seen any. They were made by artisans in the Philippines in support of Pearls With Purpose, a charitable organization that supports self-reliance for women in India, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

Verdict: Elevita is awesome! I really appreciate everything they do to help global artisans, and I love feeling like I'm a part of that. This month's items were all lovely, and I especially love those earrings! I don't have retail values for everything, but I did see a $30 price on the earrings' info card. That's the same cost as the whole box! I think $30 for this box is a bargain.

What do you think of Elevita?
