Raspberry Chardonnay Lip Gloss – Value $14.00

This all natural lip gloss with hydrating properties to keep my lips nourished was a hit. The berry color was flattering and long lasting. The main ingredients, argon and acai oil kept my lips moisturized.

Golden Glow Eye Shadow – Value $13.00

I am not an eyeshadow type of gal. I stick to mascara and black liner. But this gold shadow with a bit of shimmer is a lovely color and will be a festive touch to my holiday glam look. A word of caution: be careful when opening and open slowly. The loose powder spilled as I was opening mine. The main ingredient is rice powder and It’s all natural and vegan.

Energy Mist- Guilt Free – Listed Value $10.00

This is a mist with organic essentials oils to calm and soothe my senses and well-being. I could not find this product on their website and their help section didn’t work at the time I was writing this review, so I based the value on the info card.

satva-december-2016-toner

Moroccan Rose Facial Toner – Value $9.18

I enjoyed using this toner and felt a quick pick me up from the aloe vera and essential oils. I spritzed my face as directed and let dry. This is an excellent toner! It removed all the residual grime and makeup from my face. This is good to tighten pore size, but my pores are not large so I didn’t notice much of a difference. I tend to clean my face sparingly and rely on whatever astringent I have to do the bulk of the work in my cleansing routine. This toner did just that and got the job done. This can be used to set my make-up or be used as a facial refresher. This toner is paraben free and 100% vegan.

Verdict: My December Satva Box has a value of $46.18. I am impressed with the selection of products that range from sample size to full size all at an affordable price. My favorite products from the box are the Moroccan Rose Facial toner and the 100% Natural Lip Gloss in Raspberry Chardonnay. I am new to the all-natural, organic and vegan skincare market and didn’t realize how my everyday skincare and makeup products can be made with simple natural ingredients and be just as effective and better quality. I am slowly accepting how harmful my skincare and makeup can be and Satva box has introduced me to alternative brands.

I like the products that this box features, but wasn’t it $12.99 when it came out? Then $13.99 and now $14.99? I was going to sign up in the beginning because it was so much less than Petit Vour and featured more products, but now it is the same price and only has one more product.

Andi

What a great box! They are sold out, but I’m thinking of trying a three-month sub once they reopen.

Luna

Same here! 🙂 I signed up to their waitlist to be notified when spots open up.

I loved this months box and last months. I subbed for a 3 month subscription to try it out and will definitely stay subscribed. Satva is much better than Goode Being and Glowing Beets and is cheaper. I have loved every product they have sent. The rose toner leaked this month but CS said they would send a replacement in the January box. It wasn’t Satvas packaging the caused the leaking either. I think it was from contracting and expanding from the cold that loosened the cap.

Dinah

I also laughed a little at the packaging description of the mist. The Han eye shadow is supposed to be pressed not loose. The color is really pretty too. This look like a good box for a great price.

Nichelle

Oh, that’s good to know, mine just came loose from traveling.

Michelle O.

The products look amazing! And the lipgloss is gorgeous on you! I might have to try out this box!

Ooh, that’s looks like a really good box- i’m wanting to make the switch to the more natural stuff too. But I was really cracking up about the guilt free sensual & emotional pleasures! I might have to get a Harlequin romance to go with that. 😉
