I was anxiously awaiting arrival of my order. It took 11 days to get here. Received it today, and got everything (14 items) I ordered in one piece. Love, love the nail polish. Can’t wait to try the cookie mix 🙂 I paid 21.70 for everything. Thanks Popsugar!

I received 2 orders missing the makeup erasers. They said it probably shipped from their other warehouse and they’d try to get me tracking information. On the second one I told them I have tracking from all the major carriers and no shipping labels have been created. Also the makeup erasers were listed as being included in the shipping notice for the boxes I received. No updates yet.
I placed a third order this week for more erasers to gift my daughter’s friends. Sure hope they are able to resolve the shipping problems.

I just got my package and it only had 3 of the 10 items I ordered. Just sent them a message too. I just as expecting this to happen, but it’s just annoying the shipping notification email listed all of the items.

I was missing the makeup eraser. I contacted them and was told it might be coming from a second warehouse, and they would send any updated tracking to me. I think it’s terrible that they don’t inform people that they may not receive their whole order all at once. Not to mention, I didn’t receive a packing slip in my box, so I almost didn’t even notice, since it’s been 4 weeks since I placed my order.

Agree! It would’ve saved a lot of hassle if the shipping email indicated that only a partial order was being shipped. I am sure they are getting flooded with emails. I noticed that the makeup eraser was missing because that was one of the main reasons I placed the order, but had totally forgotten about the bobby pins I’d ordered until I checked my order confirmation.

Mine was missing the same two things. The tracking showed it was all together, so I reached out to them. They apologized and said they would create a new order. I didn’t get new shipping info, so we’ll see.

My bobby pins came separetely in an envelope before my box came. Seems like they are sending things from all over the place so it might arrive at different times. I had placed 2 separete orders and received everything i ordered and just the bobby pins came like that. Hope that helps a little!

“Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry that all of your items haven’t arrived yet, however the rest of your order should be arriving from our second warehouse in a separate package shortly. Please reach back out if you don’t receive anything further within another day or two. We do hope that you enjoy all your items once they arrive and we want to thank you for your cooperation and patience.”

It is the 13th, and I still haven’t received shipping information… Starting to get nervous, as I spent 51.56, and the customer service department is terrible. Has anyone actually received anything from them? I am starting to wonder if they are ever going to fulfill my order…

After sending out an email to PS on Friday, 13th and getting a nasty reply saying, to be shipped by the 13th. I received a shipping notice later that day. I received my box today.
I was missing 5 cookies and 4 hot chocolate’s!!!! Of course, I emailed them twice, took a photo of the itty bitty box with the two conditioners it in, called by bank to stop payment and not venting on here!!!! I saw that the items that are missing were out of stock after I purchased it and the total they charged me for included all with the 75% discount. These items were out of stock before they shipped to me and they didn’t have the brains to tell me and not charge me!!! NEVER AGAIN with them and their promotions!!!

I received my first of two warehouse orders and am missing two items, the mini makeup remover and the umbrella. I received the hot chocolate in a separate brown box the rest of my items were in a popsugar box with an invoice that did not list these two missing items however, my shipping email listed them. I sent them an email and now just hoping I hear back and get what I paid for. I have a shipping notice that my second box shipped, we’ll see what actually comes…

I was missing 6 cookies and a pair of sock. Plus my last 2 popsugar boxes were sealed with tape on the hinge side- so could be opened by anyone. I really hate you can only talk to them by email. Which makes me sad, because we love the popsugar box and the items in them, but the service side has been going rapidly downhill. I got three of the same mystery boxes, was not given the discount in the flash sale and had to be refunded, items have been broken or missing. This is NOT the same popsugar that i have been happily subscribing to for over a year and a half.

I haven’t received shipping notification either. And I checked my FedEx account and nothing is pulling up–I just sent them an email, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who hasn’t received the notification.

Hey Molly–do you use FedEx delivery manager? (It’s a free service through their website that allows you to see the status of all packages, from all shippers, coming to your address via fedex.) I haven’t received a shipping confirmation from Popsugar, but FedEx delivery manager shows that my purchases from the boutique shipped out on Jan 11. Hope that helps!

I kept going back and forth and finally made an order 😊. I got 2 of the mugs (I love that mug, now I will have a set of 4), 1 charger, 2 flint rollers (one for work and one for my purse), pair of socks, and a cookie mix. Not bad for $26. This is what they should be doing instead of the mystery boxes, since everyone wants different things.

I got the heartbeat necklace for my daughter who is graduating from nursing school in May. Did anyone else notice how they inflated the retail price to $38? It was $33 back when it was offered in the mini box and it is $33 on the sparklepop site. Nowhere is the retail value listed as high as $38. Oh well!

My family (mom, brother, husband, and I) played it on Christmas and while we had fun, there was rampant cheating because the clues as written are very irritating. The fewer clues you need to guess, the higher your score, but the first clue is almost always something like “this [genderless] person [of no profession] was born in 1946.”
There’s nothing offensive about the game, but I think I’d say it’s best for teens and up just because players will need to have a pretty broad range of knowledge of famous people of all kinds, living and dead. Roger Moore, Charlie Chaplin, etc. I don’t see this having a lot of replay value. We played about half the cards. When we’ve played the other half, I imagine this will be passed on.

Is the promotion over? I added over $100 to my cart and it said the original price, no discount was taken. I got all the way to enter my credit card, which of course I didn’t do because no discount was showing.
Also, that page wouldn’t let me log in….but when I went to the regular popsugar site I logged in fine???

I’m not sure who I hate more – Popsugar for the ongoing specials they’ve been having or myself for throwing money at them.
They really need to hire a new inventory control position. Even accounting for overage to cover replacements from breakage, they never should of had the level of leftover stock they did to have all the mystery boxes and now this sale

Well, it beats a sub telling you they are out of stock of the box when a spoiler is released. It’s a lot better than getting repeats. So, they had leftover stock, why look a gift horse in the mouth? I think it’s great they passed on a significant discount to their customers. I imagine they are making room for new stock.

Well they got me LOL…I kept looking at getting the Nov box every time one of the sales came up but I either talked myself out of it (since I had just done the 3 month sub) or they sold out (like the Guilt City one when I was like finally just get it). I really love that Chambray Runner!! So I was able to get my Runner along with the Dark Drinking Chocolate, the phone charger (glad I clicked on the item bc I couldn’t remember what a Triple C PowerGloss was), the lint roller and the sock!! I was very tempted by the Wire Bowl, Sticky Notes, Umbrella (even though that would probably die quickly in Chicago), Mug and Stamps, but I think I can live without those 🙂 But maybe not if they are all still available tomorrow!!!

Oh man… I was so bad with this sale, but I couldn’t resist the highly giftable items! I also was able to grab a few things that I missed before, since I’ve only done a few PSMH mystery boxes and am not a regular subscriber.
Some things I grabbed are just impossible to swap for (Jotblock, f’lint roller), and another (pineapple ice tray) was just a fun thing that I wanted to try for the $4.25 price. I ended up rethinking housewarming gifts and placing a second order, so in total I bought 22 items at ~$59.00 — ended up at ~$65 with my crazy state/local tax.
Not bad, considering 5 of the items were breakables like the mugs and catchall/ring holder set (were balanced out by 3 each of the toffee popcorn and cookie mixes, lol).
I hope they do this more often!! My credit card will be sad, but I will be happy 🙂

Thanks for the info about the refills, since I’ll need them! But for this sale the f’lint roller came down to $2.50 for the f’lint so I grabbed 2 in the sale… good to know they’re at Walmart, though, if only for the refills 😉
