TONYMOLY Petite Bunny Gloss Bar - Value $8
Subscribers received one of nine shades, and I got #8 Neon Yellow. It's the same shade I received from the September PinkSeoul Mask Box. I'm a little sad I didn't get a different shade, but no matter. This is a glossy lip bar that transforms from highlighter yellow to a delicate sheer pink color. It's about as moisturizing as tinted lip balms go.
TONYMOLY Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base - Value $12
I already owned a tube of this but I'm happy to receive a backup! This is a brightening eye base that can be used to cover dark spots, circles, and blemishes around the eyes. Since I don't have concerning dark circles, I like to use this as a quick concealer. It stays put without creasing and it smoothes out the appearance of my under eye. I also like to use it as an under eye brightener/highlighter for days when I want a subtle Korean aegyo-sal look.
Swatches of the Petite Bunny Gloss Bar and Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base.
Mediheal Petalpoten Hydrop Sleeping Mask - Listed Value $15
Subscribers receive one of three types, and I received Primrose. This is an adorable sleeping mask that is good for moisturizing repair and skin tone control.
The mask smells deliciously citrusy. It has orange bits suspended in the gel that dissolves when you rub it in. It feels highly moisturizing while leaving my skin plump. The finish is only minimally tacky. Only a small scoop is enough for each application, so this jar will last me a while.
Hongik Skin Hand Butter Cream - Value $4.84
Subscribers received one of six variations, and I got the scent Romantic Musk. Right off the bat, I am in love with the cute packaging. I'm not sure what "romantic musk" is supposed to smell like, but it smells like candy to me. The cream absorbs quickly and leaves my hands smooth and soft.
Esfolio Pure Skin Essence Sheet Mask - Value $1.99
Subscribers received either the Snail or Milk Essence mask, and I got the Milk one. I never thought a sheet mask would ever be so drool-worthy. It smells just like milk flavored candy! While wearing this I was constantly thinking about White Rabbit and UHA Milk Candies. The mask fit was great and the leftover essence absorbed into my skin without leaving any tacky residue.
Verdict: The retail value is around $42, which is almost twice the cost of the subscription. I'm impressed that every item in this box is full size. In terms of curation, I like the mix of "mainstream" and lesser-known K-beauty items. Mishibox continues to be an all around a great box!
