Happy Rebel Box Winter 2016 FULL SPOILERS + Coupon

This was my first Hapy Rebel box. I subscribed to this box late and emailed them with my picks. I was quite sure I would not be able to receive my first pick since I was so late joining. I immediately received an email back from Johanna. She informed me that I would receive my first picks and my box was shipping the next day! I was beyond impressed. Before, I knew it, my box had arrived. First thing I noticed was a hand-written note from Johanna welcoming me toHappy Rebel. Hand-written, wow! Everything was beautifully package and even better than I expected. This is an amazing subscription box and a wonderful first impression!

I have had many different subscription boxes but I have never received such a timely reply nor personal attention like what was provided by Johanna. It was very impressive and the note really brightened by day. Thank you, Johanna!

This is my first box and I’m just curious what people think about the customer service. I was very happy with the communication and didn’t mind waiting until January for the box. Then I received a box early (without my preference selections). I am torn about their response. On the one hand I am happy that they are giving me an option to get the items I wanted. On the other hand I am annoyed that I have to repackage everything and ship it back. I wasn’t even provided a return shipping label, but rather they would like for me to find the cheapest price and then they will reimburse me. Would love to hear about your experiences!

Hey, Happy Rebel!

I wanted to provide you with a shipping update. We have received a few more pieces of our blanket order here and there over the last week, and have been able to ship orders to existing members received through our regularly scheduled ship date of 12/15/16. That being said, the remaining balance of our original shipment has sadly been deemed officially lost in transit. As a result, we are having to re-order new blankets for all orders received after this date. We anticipate being able to ship to our new members mid January.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding our winter box, or would like to provide your color preferences for the blanket and candle if you have not already.

And from another poster in a different thread, dry shampoo works wonders to remove odors and sweat from shoes which gave me a great use for the Nirvana Dry Shampoo that I just got in my PSMH vacay box ☺

Loved everything! This was my first box and it totally rivaled my $230 Luxor LE. I actually even think I like it more which kinda makes me sick since it was less than 1/2 the price. I hope HR puts out a LE box cause if they keep going like they are I will be all over it!

I know that there’s a shipping delay for those who signed up after November 13th, which I did.
But a shipping label was created on the 12th and there’s absolutely no movement. As in zero.
If I wasn’t so excited to get this in my sticky paws it wouldn’t matter. But it’s an amazing box and I can hardly wait!

Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone? Bueller?

I’m so sad! I just received my box (which is amazing), but my candle is broken. Has anyone had any luck with customer service replacing broken items?

WOW! WOW! WOW!

My box came today. It’s the first one I’ve received from them other than their recent mystery box. I’m very impressed with everything from start to finish!

Let’s start with packaging. The box was plain like many other companies do BUT it had a tasteful and stylish branded band around it setting it apart from any of the others that I’ve received. Nice touch! On the inside there was a personalized handwritten note along with the small booklet explaining the contents. Bonus Points! The items were expertly wrapped and securely packaged with coordinating paper. Very Classy! Everything arrived in perfect condition and the attention to detail is Amazing!

Now onto the items. The candle is gorgeous and MUCH BIGGER than I expected! I chose the Gunmetal for looks not caring about the scent but it smells good too. YaY! The blanket is good quality and came inside a dust bag. It’s a nice weight that reminds me of cuddling up to a sweater. 🙂 The mug didn’t appeal to me from the pictures because of the text on it, however, in person I’m really liking it. It feels good in my hands and it’s kinda cute with the expression. The matches are really cool. They are one of those items that I would never buy myself but I’m glad I have because they look great sitting on the cabinet in my living room. They have that edgy feel that I think encompasses my style and I love letting it be displayed tastefully within my home. I’m sure people will notice and ask questions. I haven’t tried the hot cocoa yet but it was a nice addition to the box since we got the mug. More bonus points for attention to detail and rounding out the overall theme of the box! As for the jar of body butter, I haven’t tried it yet. It’s a little smaller than I thought at first. I think from the picture I was expecting a tub. lol. No points lost there cuz who needs tubs of stuff anyhow. lol. Looks very nice and might I mention completely matches Happy Rebel colors!

So my overall opinion? I’m AMAZED and LOVE everything that I received. This box truly blew so many other companies out of the water with their curation, style, selection, quality and overall attention to detail! This was my first box but I’m positive it will not be my last!!

I am in love with my throw blanket! It is beautifully made, a good weight, and it’s so nice to receive something that is real wool instead of sythetic materials. My candle is pretty awesome too, the gunmetal is rich and gorgeous with a subtle seasonal scent. This was my first Happy Rebel box and I’m really pleased with the quality of the items!

I am sooo bummed! I rushed to sub and even though the address options look like you can sub from Canada (state/province)… you can’t. Ugh. I hate reading abut awesome boxes I would love and then discovering they wont take my money.

Please Liz, give the company feedback – they’d get Canadian subscribers if they started shipping here….

My box arrived this morning! Everything looks high quality and perfect except that they sent the white candle instead of the gunmetal I requested and got confirmation on. The wildflower scent won’t fly with my husband.
I emailed, hopefully I can get a swap!

I love my box- except that my candle is cracked and chipped. I think the USPS was a bit agressive with the box maybe. I will email them and hopefully I can get a replacement of the same one- cuz it smells heavenly!

I received my box today, and I absolutely adore everything! The blanket will look amazing on my new sofa (once my sofa is delivered), and the candle is gorgeous (snake.)

The curation of this box is amazing and the customer service is top-notch. This is my favorite subscription – by far!

I will absolutely be using everything and keeping it all for myself! The value is absolutely in this box for me, the blanket that matches my new couch is the best!

I rarely value curation in most sub boxes other than “things I can use for this season generally combined” like in PS for example…but Happy Rebel has the curation and theme so tight for me. It absolutely delivers the vibe I hope for!

I am going to sit on my couch, turn my mini Xmas tree lights on, light my candle, drink some cocoa in my new mug under my blanket and rewatch Stranger Things the evening my box arrives. Top off their curation with the absolute warmest and kind customer service (I really wish other companies knew how much this really makes it for some people too!).

Happy Rebel is officially my favorite. Just like the Fall box, Winter provides a complete moment with the curation. If you’re out there HR, you’re my box girlfriends for life.

My candle arrived with a pretty large discoloration on the lid. The lid was badly scratched as well. It was the gold snake. Anybody else had a defective candle?

Yes there isnt one thing i wouldnt love.Any box a candle and I’m sold. Their home boxes are Sexy and Edgy… They should start one of these babies all the time right? To expensive for me but I am jealous with envy.

Really great box and I was glad I got to choose my blanket and candle. I’m hoping that the hot chocolate mix is vegan-friendly so then I can use every item. Great curation! I hope they’ll give another yearly discount next year as this is my last box.

I was going to make the big splurge (Liz you are killing me) and filled out everything and before I completed I had a look at the candles. The only one not out of stock is silver with a white tea and mint scented name. It is the one scent I wouldn’t be able to stand ..the mint…so I have to pass. I can’t take a chance I would get that since that is the reason for the purchase. They are so cool looking. What a great box for the right scent. 😞

This is an amazing box! There is not a thing I won’t use in this box. I love the throw and candle and those skull matches are beyond adorable. I can not wait to get this box! It is well thought out and I have noticed that Happy Rebel really know how to create a cohesive theme around a season. They do edgy so well! Plus the customer service is great!

Wish happy Rebel would start an all home subscription!!
