Five Four Club is a monthly men’s clothing subscription service. You take a brief survey when you sign up (sizes and style preferences), and then each month they send you on average 2-3 new clothing pieces or accessories. For reference, my style profile is “T-Shirt and jeans.”
I've been subscribing March 2013 and in general, I'm very happy with the quality of the clothing and the value - especially the t-shirts. (We’ve found the sizing to be similar to American Eagle’s sizing if that helps!)
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Subscription Box: Five Four Club
The Cost: $60 a month (includes free shipping)
OR, for a limited time, use coupon code BOGODEC to get your second month FREE!

This month delivered a few winter essentials! I recommend sizing up for their clothing - a lot of tends to run a bit small, it's best to go one size larger than usual!
Crestbrook Hat
The first wintery item this month is a knit beanie.
I think that it's made to be flipped up at the brim and be worn - but that means you'll be showing the tag. Overall, it's a warm and nice winter hat - which I can never have enough of because I tend to just lose these all the time!
Ricker Socks
The second item is a pair of socks. I wouldn't really consider these winter socks, though, as they are still a bit thin to wear out on a snowy day.
The socks have "No Money, No Honey" printed on as well. It immediately prompted me to listen to the Beck song of the same name.
Meister Jacket
The hero item of the month is an all-black winter jacket. Again, you'll want to size up a bit for their clothing, but this turned out to be the perfect size for me. It's warm, but not super puffy.
There aren't any pockets or anything on the inside lining - overall, it's just a basic jacket, but I appreciate that it is pretty streamline for a good winter coat. It'll work for a Pittsburgh winter, but I'm not sure if it will hold up for the areas that get a deep freeze.
It pairs nicely with the hat, too!
Verdict: This is the first winter jacket I've received from Five Four Club after 3 years of being a subscriber. I'm curious if this item is specific to the area you live in - I'm sure that not all subscribers would want or need this jacket - did anyone in a warm climate state receive this jacket? Either way, this was a great delivery for me - I'll actively wear all 3 items this winter, and that's a big win for me this month.
