This month's theme is "Come Together". I love the autumn-ready red-orange of this card and the way the theme nods to Thanksgiving.
Inside, Craftly lists out its items, complete with photos. I love the crisp, understated style.
Mini (3.5 oz) P. F. Candle Co. Spiced Pumpkin Soy Candle - Value $11.00
This pumpkin candle really does smell like a pie in the oven! It's a bit sweet and delightfully strong. Plus it comes in such a cute little lidded jar! I've seen this brand of candles at boutique stores before, so I'm excited to have one to try. And while I'm not the type to go wild for pumpkin spice season, I'll happily burn this quality candle!
4 Felted Wool Coasters by Graf & Lantz - Value $24.00
Wow, these are some next-level coasters! They're made of natural wool felt, which is soft like a sweater, but dense enough that these coasters hold their shape nicely.
On the back of the package, there's a little backstory about wool coasters. I love the history behind these simple little items. I also never thought to use a coaster to cover my glass. Thanks, little coaster package!
There are four different earthy-toned coasters in the package. I love these shades. They remind me of different colors of stone. These will be a sophisticated new addition to my coffee table, but if they aren't your style, I could see them making a great gift alongside a few fancy Belgian beers.
Prevention Tea Leaves by DB Herbals, 8 Servings - Value $5.49
This loose-leaf tea contains a carefully curated mixture of ingredients aimed at keeping you healthy all winter long. It's gently fruity and almost vanilla-ish in a way, thanks to the rooibos. I'm not the biggest fan of rooibos flavors, but the health benefits of this flowery version make me happy to sip on it.
I like that the resealable zip bag helps keep the tea leaves fresh. I could also see that coming in handy on days when I'm feeling under the weather and want to bring some of this tasty potion to the office. No striking health changes either way yet, but a mug of hot tea always makes me feel a little calmer and brighter.
Carriage 44 Lip Balm in Peppermint & Rosemary - Value $7.00
This lip balm is supposedly peppermint and rosemary infused, but I really only picked up on the peppermint part. The scent is nice and invigorating, and the natural, beeswax-based balm has a nice longevity to it. It's soft but not sticky, and it "soaks in" just enough that your lips feel moistened, but not so fast that it feels like you need to immediately reapply.
Verdict: Craftly always comes through with items that are as unexpected as they are high quality. I liked all of the items in this box, but I could also see them making great gifts in a pinch. It's cool how unisex these pieces are, too. None of them are overtly masculine nor feminine, so everyone can enjoy them! The items in the box value $47.49, which is way over the $25.00 price of the box itself. While the coasters were awesome, I do feel like $24.00 is steep, and thus, might skew the value a bit. But overall, the quality of everything makes this box seem very fair. And very fun!
