1. How many samples can I buy?
Samples are only available to Prime customers. Prime customers can buy one of each sample.
2. How do I get my credit?
For every sample that you buy, you will receive an equal credit that can be used toward your next purchase of a full-size product from the brand you sampled.
3. When do I get my credit?
The credit will be automatically issued to your account as soon as your sample ships. You will receive an email confirming that the credit has been issued to your account.
4. How do I redeem my sampling credits?
You will receive an email once the credit has been applied to account. The email will link to a page with full-size products from the brand you sampled. Add one of the products to your cart, and your credit will be automatically applied during checkout. Items must be sold and shipped by Amazon.com.
5. When do my credits expire?
Credits can be redeemed until December 31, 2017.
