The Pipsticks Pro Club Petite subscription is a monthly sticker subscription program from Pipsticks, an indie sticker company that believes firmly in the power of putting a smile on your face. Pipsticks has a few different stickers subscriptions to choose from, catering to adults and kids. This review is for their Pro Club Petite subscription, which is the smaller option for grown-ups. I love thinking of myself as a sticker "Pro" instead of just an adult collector!

It was love at first sight for me and this sticker subscription. The design style of the packaging (the translucent envelope, the typewriter style fonts, the crisp black and white palette...) is right up my alley. Reading through this info card, I felt like I was looking at a super-cool zine. The language, too, made me feel like I was reading something written by one of my friends.
On the back of the card, there's this cool sugar skull pattern. October is Halloween season, after all, and this is a cool nod to Dia de los Muertos. The card is matte, kind of like a large index card would be, so if you wanted, you could use this design as an adult coloring book page. Just sharpen those pencils well, my artsy friends. There are a lot of teeny tiny details to work with!
Every month, you get an old-school raffle ticket in your envelope, along with the stickers. The winning number will be announced on the following month's info card. You can see on this month's card that they clue you into what you can win!
This is the "mini quote card" for the month. It's the size of a postcard, and the cardstock has a nice sheen to it. I like the hand-drawn feel of this design—it's not too precious or perfect—and I really appreciate the sentiment. I stuck this up on the wall above my desk with a bit of tape. Never hurts to surround yourself with inspiration!
Here's the back of the card. It reminds me of something I'd doodle in a notebook. If you're not inspired by the quote, maybe you'll find this design exciting!
15 Black Cat Stickers
I added my hand in here to help give scale (ignore my bad nails!). These little stickers were made especially by Pipsticks for this month's subscription. They've got a texture to them like very, very fine sandpaper. They're a tiny bit twinkly, but not a whole much. I'm happy that they're so simple—I'm not a huge Halloween fan, so I'm always bummed out getting items that are like, WHAM! HALLOWEEN IN YOUR FACE! These kitties would be great for a Halloween craft or card, but if you didn't get to use them for the holiday, no worries! Plus, I mean, they're cats. And I LOVE cats. So they've won me over!
Koi and Lilypads Stickers
There are five fish and three lilypad stickers on this sheet. I'm so programmed to expect subscription boxes to adhere to whatever theme they set out to explore, so after the black cats, I was kind of like, wait, fish? What do they have to do with Halloween? But y'know what? I love that there's variety here. Again, I'm not crazy about Halloween, so it's nice to have other (even kind of random) designs to explore and enjoy! These stickers are really beautiful, too—kind of like watercolor paintings.
Fall Flowers Sticker Sheet
These stickers are so lovely! I counted 34 stickers total here. They're very obviously drawings, but there's still something organic and realistic about them nevertheless. Maybe it's the little details? Either way, I love the colors—the pretty purple, gold, poppy red, mossy green—and the fact that this sheet is jam-packed with flowers and pretty leaves.
6 Little Bat Stickers (2 Sheets)
How sweet are these bats?! I really like bats in general (They're like little gerbils with wings!), so these really charmed me. It's so sweet how they all have different pastel-colored eyes that point all around. I'm glad they included two sheets since one sheet of three would've not felt like enough.
Stick-A! Transparent Stickers by Pony Brown - Value $0.81
This was one of the few sticker sheets that came with brand info on it, so I could look it up for pricing. I adore this style of drawing! These little characters are so expressive for being so simple. The stickers are printed on a transparent sheet, so even the filled in designs aren't totally opaque. But they're so sweet and playful. That ant? How cute! There are 7 cut stickers here, which is surprising because I so badly wanted that little yellow flower, that pigeon, and some of the other doodads to be peel-out-able. Instead, I'll have to nab my scissors and cut them out for myself!
Sugar Skull Coloring Stickers
These were also made by Pipsticks (recognize the designs from the info card?). They're matte, like the info card, so that you can color them in if you please.
Garden and Animals Sticker Sheet
This clear sheet features a ton of super stylized stickers. (I counted 50!) The art style reminds me of retro Scandinavian children's books. These precious little stickers are all opaque despite the clear background. Some of them are pretty delicate, though, just by nature of them being so small. Careful when you peel them that they don't tear!
Verdict: I really really liked the Pipsticks Pro Club Petite sticker subscription! There was such a playful variety of quality stickers, and all of them fit pretty closely with my aesthetic. I also really liked the Pipsticks-designed quote card—while the real value for me is in the stickers, I like that they include a thoughtful extra like that. Okay, but let's talk value. If the quote card was say, about $1.00, that still means that each sticker sheet must be a little more than $1.00 to break even with the $9.95 price of the subscription. Being that the one sheet with clear brand info on it was about $0.80 on another site, I'm thinking that this subscription might be a couple dollars high for what you actually get (with free shipping!). That said, these stickers are so unique, and they definitely accomplished Pipsticks' goal of putting a big smile on my face. I think the real test will be whether and how I use these guys... will they be worth it beyond the sheer delight they bring?
What do you think of the stickers in this month's Pipsticks Pro Club Petite sticker subscription?
