I got a shipping email on October 25th but the tracking info has been stuck on label created with no movement. Anyone else having this issue?

Me too. I emailed customer service today and I’m sorry to report that their response was “we are unable to fulfill your order due to an inventory shortage”. A refund will be issued in 3-5 days. They also said the box would be avaliable again in January. Bummer.

Got mine yesterday. Everything was in tact. It’s an awesome box! Very limited edition of 350 with products/shades that are not out in stores yet. So glad that I got it, I like everything in it. There were two lip crayon gloss and two lipsticks in each box in different shades. I will be putting one lip crayon gloss and one lipstick up on the swap site just because the colors aren’t right for me.

The total RV of the actual skincare/cosmetics is $125.90 so I’m not sure how the art print and makeup bag balance out the remaining $50.90…my guess is the art print is around $35 to $40. Did anyone else get their Gloss Lip Crayons damaged? Mine are all pulled out of the actual crayon and smashed up against the lids. Also, every product is sealed but the eye cream is torn open which makes me question it. I’ve emailed Burt’s Bees and will have to wait to see what they say. It’s unfortunate since the nude shade is gorgeous! It’s a nice pink/nude and would be fantastic with my skin tone.

I did a similar deal with them a few years ago. My swag included a shower cap with tiny bee print all over it, a lip balm/id card holder to connect to your key chain, ladies ankle socks with a tiny bee applique, and a washcloth for an infant (very small and very soft). Curious to see what the current swag is!
