Each month includes an information card. Here, you'll find information on each item in the box.
On the reverse side, you'll find how-to articles or other bits of information related to your selection. This month goes over some cold weather beer ideas.
Rastal Beer Steins - Value $30?
These custom stoneware beer mugs are perfect for the Fall weather. Drinking from these just felt like perfect timing for Oktoberfest.
This is the official brand of beer stein of Munich's Oktoberfest!
I loved the feel of the mug, it was easy to grip and drink, but not as easy to carry by the small arm, unfortunately.
Cheers!
Tin Mustard - Value $8
To use with the upcoming Pretzel kit, they include some whole grain mustard.
While I'm more a fan of the classic yellow mustard, this Dijon mustard had a nice taste with the pretzel. It even had a little crunch!
FarmSteady Soft Pretzel & Beer Cheese Making Kit - Value $25
The last item was a kit to make your own pretzels!
It included most of what was need to make the pretzels - you'll have to supply your own flour, though. As for the beer cheese portion of this, what it includes is just directions - so we opted for the mustard instead.
Thanks to Lacey and Sara - we had DELICIOUS pretzels, along with an amazing smelling house for a day.
I can't say enough about these pretzels. Tasty, salty, warm, crunchy, and chewy - they had it all, we were all seriously impressed with the final product.
Verdict: Beer and pretzels - yes, please! This is one of my favorite boxes, and definitely my favorite box review process yet! The pretzels were a serious treat that I wish we had more of, and pairing the beer steins with some delicious local small-batch IPA really finished this box off with a bang. Yet again, I'm left impressed with the curation and value from Bespoke Post.
