This month's craft is a set of colorful Beaded Wind Chimes! These are the instructions that were included. I like that every step is illustrated with a photo! That's so helpful!

These supplies were provided in my box. From home, I only had to provide scissors.

Here is my completed wind chime! And they honestly couldn't have been easier to make. This was my first time using needles for beading, but it was no problem. The beads were supposed to arrive already split by color into five baggies, but a couple of the baggies opened in transit. They were all over the place! So the hardest part of the whole project was actually rounding the beads back up and sorting them! I tied a bell on the end of each of the five strings. Then for each string, I added a needle on the other end and put all the beads of a single color group on it. I then pulled the string through the branch and tied the top bead on. When I finished all the strings, I looped the colored string around the top to make the holder. Super easy!

I love the way they turned out! I have had them hanging up outside for two days now and have already received tons of compliments on them!

Verdict: I love Adults & Crafts! This was my third box from Adults and Crafts, and the third project that was fun to do and that yielded an awesome product. I am really happy with this subscription; it's one of my new favorites.

Hmmm A $44 windchime? Think I’ll pass on that!

I really like the craft, but am I missing something – $45 seems really expensive for this kit?

Same. I was shocked when I scrolled back up to check the price, that’s ridiculous IMHO. I am hoping the beads are at least really heavy glass that will last a while and not plastic for that price but I can’t tell. Still, too much for me. Its a great idea and I can probably make it for free out of my craft odds & ends at home, or less than $10 max if not.

I’ll sell you that kit for $8 out of my own craft supplies!!! Insane. Though I do really like the outcome, just not at that price… Check out Maker’s Kit Monthly where you get three kits for half the price…

Looks like a great time and your project came out so gorgeous. You must be so proud when your look at it….. I would love to try out making like colored glass or stained glass candle holder or dried flowers and leaves in glass type project would be some much fun It’s really really expensive for this subscription sadly.. I would love it though. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks Beth! You should check out the projects in my other reviews and on their site. I think this is my favorite crafting sub I’ve tried.

Yeah the price is steep but with a picture it’s easy enough recreate. Which I will keep in mind for gifts
