What is the Sephora play card for?

I thought that with the sephora play card we could get a free tutorial on how to use a product in the box. I took my card and my KAT VON D tattoo liner down to my Sephora in jc pennys and they looked at me like I had a foot sticking out of my forehead. Needless to say I left without a tutorial or anything else. I guess it’s back to You Tube!

I’m not surprised the wait list is open, this sub is terrible lol Really doesn’t take long to figure out its not worth it. Canceling Allure and Play will free my money up for a sub that offers way more. I was sooooo excited when I signed up!!!!! UGHHHHH. My daughter who is a Sephora junkie, even said I need to cancel because it’s terrible lol

i just received my September box, and am very disappointed!!! Such small sizes of everything….barely sample size. I think if I went to a Sephora store and asked for samples, I would receive more product. Also, I received duplicates of the Anastasia brow gel and none of the Kat Von D eyeliner…..just what I need ….two brow gels!! The lipstick is absolutely the smallest tube I’ve ever seen…..and ultra sheer- no color at all. It would be used up in 10 uses!! This is the worst box ever. Am think of unsubscribing.

They kicked me off last month for some reason, saying it had to do with my CC, but the card was fine. I even placed an order with the same cc a week later and everything worked great! They waitlisted me, but now that it’s open I’m wondering if I should even sign up after all, what if it happens again?

same with me! that’s crazy! I ordered something off the site and got the box but the box wouldn’t go thru….. so I had to change cards…. and I didn’t get the September box I’m soooo sad!! 🙁

I usually only use/like 1-2 of the items in my Sephora Play box but it still more than pays for itself because that sample is usually worth about the cost of the $10 box, I swap the other products, and I use the extra 50 points on the play pass. I stopped into Sephora inside JCP today and got my color IQ (for matching foundation) and purchased a beauty blender. With 2x insider points + 50 bonus points got me 90 points on a $20 purchase. I was given a few cute little MUFE samples, too. They don’t normally give me samples, but the cashier told me to ask next time. My points have been adding up quickly using the Play pass and I feel like I am doing my part to keep my Sephora inside JCP INSIDE my JCP! 🙂

I actually really like the Sephora’s inside JCPs. I think they do a good job at having a little bit of everything, plus I’ve noticed they sometimes have kits and other items exclusively for the Sephora’s in JCPs. So, whenever I’m in a mall that has both, I make sure to visit them both.

I bought the Sephora inside JCP Skin Favorites kit the other day (it is different than the regular Sephora). It was on sale for 50% off! Only 19 bucks. I bought two.

It’s funny, because I actually received an email from them letting me know the waitlist was open, but it was on the email account that I’m already subscribed with. Back when I was desperately trying to obtain a subscription I used so many different email addresses that were waitlisted, and none of those received the waitlist-is-open email today. Ironic.

I got mine today! The tracking never updated with a delivery date. Even this morning when it showed at my local post office…still no date. Sad that the Sephora lippie is tiny. I really feel they should give us full sizes of THEIR products. At least a good deluxe size sample. Oh well. I am glad not everything was itty bitty this time! That’s my only gripe with this sub.

This is my first month too and I think they are a little more confusing than my other sub box experiences. My account says mine shipped on the 13th but if I click on the tracking number it days it left MD on the 9th and sat in NJ until the morning of the 14th and theres been no update since. There is no delivery date listed and at the top of the page it says the delivery date will be updated once my package ships. Considering it technically shipped on the 9th, Im a bit confused as to why there is no delivery date.

There’s still no delivery date but it did leave Cali this afternoon so if it hits Vegas before the mail goes out tomorrow morning, I may have mine tomorrow. If not, then Monday Im sure. So excited! Is the eyeliner full sized? I swatched it last weekend and Im so in love…

Funny , I signed up a few months ago on the wait list and never heard from them ? But honestly it was a blessing because I have since signed up with Boxycharm and FabFitFun and there really is no comparison .
