Nerd Block Jr. for girls is a toys only – no t-shirt- subscription…just how kids like it!

All this printed material came with the box. I like they send a card showing you what comes in your box.

Pencil Case Puzzle: Hello Kitty – $3.99

This is a great little puzzle for me and my 6 year old daughter to do together and Hello Kitty is always a hit in my house. This was hard to find online though! Amazon UK sells this now but doesn’t ship to the US. There is only one left at the store I linked to above.

My Little Pony Collectible Scene Pack: Super Speedy Squeezy 6000 – $3.98

This is cute and my daughter enjoys playing with it but there are several little parts (the hat, a few chimneys on the back on the train) that I know will be lost quickly.

Sonic Buttons (set of 3) – $3.00?

These buttons were made exclusively for Nerd Block so I can’t find a good comparison at a retail store. We’re not big Sonic fans but that’s okay, I’m sure we can find someone who is.

Zorbz 50 pack self seal water balloons – $6.99

I love the idea of not having to struggle with tying water balloons or better yet, not having to deal with the water balloons at all! I couldn’t get these balloons to go over the spout of any of my home faucets so they must be filled at the hose. I just filled the balloon a little so I could take a picture without it rolling all over the place. The stopper worked fine for me but there are lots of complaints on Amazon about the inconsistency of the stoppers. I’m guessing there is a learning curve which kind of defeats the purpose of kids doing it on their own.

My Little Pony Backpack Clip – $6.99

My daughter loves these backpack clips. She currently has 2 on her backpack and I think they are so cute.

Shopkins 6 Color Pen – $5.99

Anything Shopkins is welcome in our house but this pen doesn’t work. When you choose a color of ink the pen tip won’t stay down. Bummer.

Ami Gami Mini Figures – $4.04

These Ami Gami Figures comes with sticker sheets and a jewel pin for kids to decorate them. It was fun for my daughter to decorate her frog and it turned out so cute! You can even stick it to the window.

Verdict: We really enjoyed Nerd Block Jr. for Girls this month! Any time our daughter gets My Little Pony, Hello Kitty or Shopkins items, she is a happy camper. Not to mention the thrill of receiving them all at once! We don’t expect every item in the box to be a winner but we can always find someone who will love the items we don’t. Plus, sharing is a good thing! The value was pretty good this month as we received about $35.00 worth of toys for a $20.00 box. Overall, we’re happy with Nerd Block Jr. for Girls.
