I love how the information cards have custom artwork every month. And the back has more information about the items in the box, including the makers of the custom items.

Cat Lady Bandages – Value $7.99
These are cute. You get three different patterns. My husband would never use these, but I would. (I pretty much only need bandaids when cats scratch me…)
“Purr” Gold Layered Necklace – Value $29.99
This is a three stranded necklace that I think is really pretty. (I am one of those people who will gladly wear either silver- or gold-tone jewelry items. I also have a lot of turquoise in my wardrobe. And I like delicate/dainty jewelry. So this is perfect for me.) I like the simple centerpieces and the combination of different chain styles.
Sleek Cat Wall Clock – Value $34.99
This is actually really shiny and reflective (as you can kind of tell from the bottom of the image). There are a few rooms in our house that don’t have clocks yet and my husband agrees this one is tasteful enough to hang downstairs. I think it will go in Nyx’s room!
Fluffy Feather Boa Teaser Wand by Loopies – Value $7.99
Dangly things with feathers on sticks are ALWAYS popular with my kitties. This was no exception (see below). This toy was made exclusively for Cat Lady Box.
World’s Cutest Cat Catnip Gold Medal by Loopies – Value $4.99
This is another exclusive toy. It was kind of overshadowed by the feather boa toy during our photo session this month, although Mr. Kitty snuggled with it for a bit.

Sneaky will almost always jump at and attack any toy like this.
She will also reliably bite the stick the toy dangles from.
At first I thought this was the only pose I could get out of Mr. Kitty.
And then my husband dangled the feather boa toy in front of Mr. Kitty and, oh my goodness, he pounced on it and bit it. Totally made my day. (We’ve been worried about his vision a lot lately so this was nice confirmation that he can still see at least a little bit.)
Verdict: I calculated a value of about $86 for the September 2016 (Crazy) Cat Lady Box. I did have to take all the individual item values from the information card, but I feel like even if one or two things are inflated a bit, you are still getting your money’s worth (better than that, really). Plus, you can’t get these items from anywhere else, and I (or my cats) will use everything in the box. I am having a hard time picking a favorite item this month!
