does anyone have experience with box of style customer service? after selecting my lip gloss shade, i saw on my account page that there was a ‘pay’ button under my sub information. so i accidentally paid for another fall box not realizing i had already gotten auto-billed just a week prior. i have reached out to customer service twice now in the past two weeks, and no one has responded – just the auto-receipt they send you when you write to them. does anyone know if there’s another way of contacting them?

I have experience with them. You need to repeat yourself a few times until they actually listen to you, but they do eventually. Like this:
Me: I want to cancel.
Them: Can we offer you $10 off the box? It’s filled with blahblahblah.
Me: No thank you, I really want to cancel.
Them: We totally understand, but it’s such a great box, and you can have $10 off. Let us know what you decide!
Me: I DO NOT WANT THIS BOX. PLEASE CANCEL.
Them: You are cancelled.

I love IT Cosmetics but I’ve never tried their lip products so I’m excited to try this. And I can’t wait to get the cape!! So far I’ve not been disappointed with any of Rachel’s boxes. Now I’m excited for it to arrive.

Phew…glad I cancelled this season! This is ok, but nothing special. I’m sure there’ll be something in the box I’ll wish I had, but so far neither spoiler is for me…
I sure hope that Winter has a hero item I love, because I love to give RZ my money.

Just discovering IT cosmetics, so I’m excited for this, even though it’s not necessarily a WOW factor item. Very nice to have the option of choosing a color and then if I like the formula knowing I’ll likely be able to swap for the other two.

Wholeheartedly in agreement.
I dunno, but that pic with the b/w cape and her in those short bellbottoms and velvety booties doesn’t scream style. Lip glosses are in every subscription box these days, nothing special there.
Still love the watch and the cocktail ring and even the bucket bag and felt hat, although those last two are not fitting with my lifestyle. I wore the hat once and felt, haha, like everyone was staring at me, and not in a good way. The bucket bag was great, but it’s so small I’m afraid someone will easily pick pocket my wallet and phone out of it’s opened top.
All the same these items were unique and not in every other sub box. Will not resubscribe until things go back to being original.

I still subscribe, but I agree with you about that watch. I liked it so much I bought one with a white face with the discount and I wear both all the time. The ring is great too, I was worried since it’s adjustable that it would feel cheap, but that’s not the case at all. My favorite boxes were Spring, Summer and Fall 2015. I hope they stop with the custom pieces since the quality is not there and go back to the items that made those boxes my favorites. If they don’t, I will be canceling.

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews concerning the IT lip stains. I’ve read that the IT products are mostly great but that they “missed the boat” on these stains. Anyone else tried them?

I absolutely love IT for their Bye Bye Undereye, CC Cream, Vitality Face Disc, and the matte eye shadows. Great for aging skin. I have many of the glosses and vitality lipsticks, but I can’t say they last or have great colors. They feel good and don’t taste bad, but I wish there was a more luxe item in this season’s box. I would have loved to try a Charlotte Tisbury, Tom Ford, or another name lipstick. I’ll use the gloss, but it isn’t great. If there is a coupon, I’ll use it if it’s better than the QVC sets prices for the other makeup I do use.
