I don’t know how much I can take on subscribing to them. Every box it seems is delayed by one item and it takes extremely long to receive. Why curate items that you may know will possibly delay shipments? I’m gonna have to take a break from purchasing their boxes.

Same. Their website said it would be shipping mid-June. When I reached out to customer service they said it was supposedly shipping “any moment”,3 weeks ago. I wrote again and received the same response. When people purchase a “summer” box they generally like to receive it in time to actually use during summer. Not to mention that when it finally ships their shipping generally takes two weeks.

Have you stopped posting spoilers for curateur? The summer box was spoiled last month, but I don’t see any posts on MSA about it.

After a long Wait the box finally arrived . Pretty disappointing the bracelet looks very cheap The chain is very disappointing. The bag looks very cheap also it is not worth the money and the time it takes to receive this box anymore

Got my box finally. I love the sunglasses. They are cute and really cause things to be brighter and less glare. The bracelet is minimalist but cute. The bag seems really tiny like for a kid and cheap. Not a fan- The eye cream the verdict is still out – not sure if it does anything. I also got the lip balm which is ok i like the gel but the color is kind of blah. Overall ok- Will have to see what they have for the next box since I saw Fab Fit Fun’s already and it’s very meh to me.

This subscription has the very worst Customer Service I’ve ever encountered with beauty/lifestyle boxes (and that says something)! Their agents are beyond awful. I sent 3 emails trying to pause this months box and not one of them was ever responded to.

Now after 3 emails and a VERY lengthy chat, I believed I had resolved this subscription, but just today I got an email stating they just mailed this months box. WHAT? I then contacted them by chat and asked them what was going on, only to have their agent on today get snotty and said I never agreed to that agreement,(I have a copy of the text). She then sent me a smiley face…and this is yet another example of their absurd and nasty protocols.

I am DONE…CURATEUR is an abysmal failure, both in product choices along with their Customer Service!

I wonder if you could wear the bracelet as a necklace?! I’d rather have it has a choker/necklace than a bracelet-

The length of the bracelet is too short, only 7″, and the chain is very thin. This box was a disappointment for me.

This is my third box and I’m starting to see the same pattern of items. I really love Rachel Zoe, so this is very disappointing for me. I’ve tried 3 new subs and my main one is FFF. It looks like I’m gonna stick to FFF only.

I wish they would think outside the (subscription) box and ready change things up! It’s always either; a bag of some sort, blanket/towel/scarf, robe/poncho/hat, jewelry, and sunglasses. I’m not hating on these things, but after awhile it gets kind of boring. What to put instead, I’ll have to think a little bit more about that. 😁

I have not been tempted in over a year to grab one of these boxes, this month is no exception. The only thing I kind of like is the crossbody bag. I certainly don’t need another eye cream, I don’t care for Wander Beauty (it’s a standard sub box brand with inflated values and doesn’t perform well) – the jewelry is boring, as is the scarf. I also don’t need more sunglasses. I’m hoping they might launch some new welcome boxes – if there’s anything in good one of those, I may entertain picking it up.

Me, too! I couldn’t stand the cheap robes and I don’t wear scarves. I’ll use all of these. The bag is a rugged style and suits me perfectly. Topaz is my birthstone and I love the classy bracelet. What a relief from all the chunkiness of past box jewelry. I don’t like the sunglasses and would never wear that style.

I actually like this box. But I’ve not been with curateur too long. I usually like their stuff better than fabfitfun. It’s twice as much but I love jewelry, sunglasses and eye cream so this for me is worth it-

I was looking forward to this season’s box, but this is a flop for me. The bag and sunglasses look so cheap and outdated. The only item I would use is the eye cream.

I wouldn’t wear the bag as a crossbody. But belt bag? Hmm maybe.

I used to love this box, but the unattractive faux leather bags are starting to get old. This one is particularly cheap looking with the contrast stitching. I would rather receive a smaller genuine leather accessory (like a pouch or card case) than a larger pleather bag.

Her boxes are so predictable. Gold jewelry. Pleather bag. Skin care item. Giant sunglasses. I don’t do gold or pleather and large sunglasses aren’t even in anymore.

ILR! I fail to see any luxury, besides the skincare, in these boxes at all. I mean how is a plastic bag luxury? And always the same…plastic bag, gaudy jewelry, polyester scarf, plastic sunglasses and usually a decent skincare item.
