Included in the box was a nice welcome card. Bubble Bath Box focuses on products that are natural and/or organic and don’t contain harsh chemicals.
An information card was included that gave the month’s theme: Summer Time Box. It also listed the items in the box. A separate card listed the items with further details. The font they chose was difficult to read (at least it was for me!)
Nature’s Baby Organics Coconut Pineapple Shampoo and Body Wash - $8.46
I was thrilled to discover Nature’s Baby Organics body wash in our box because we love this brand. I didn’t know they made it in a coconut pineapple scent though. We always buy the vanilla tangerine scent, but I think this one is even better. It’s like a piña colada. I’m a convert! What I like most about this wash is that it’s gentle and non-drying on my kids’ sensitive skin.
Sassy Pull and Go Bath Boat - $8.99
This bath toy is BPA free, very colorful and cute! My daughter loved it and it worked well in the tub.
Oilogic Relax and Calm Essential Oil Roll-On - $7.99
This oil is properly diluted so it is safe to use on directly on children’s skin. I love the mess-free roll on applicator. This blend of calming scents is meant to help transition children from bath time to bedtime seamlessly. I rubbed a little on my daughter’s chest and feet at bedtime and she slept soundly through the night. It smells like a cross between chamomile tea and oranges.
Rainbow Research Goin’ Coconuts Bubble Bath - $1.00?
I mean really, between this bubble bath and the Nature’s Baby body wash our bathroom smelled like a tropical paradise! All I need is a ukulele and a grass skirt. This bubble bath smelled great and didn’t irritate the kids’ skin which is key!
Bubble Tube - $1.00?
I never think to use bubbles in the bath with the kids and they had a blast! This was a ton of fun and might become a regular bath time occurrence at our house.
Zoku Individual Ice Pop Mold (Cadence the Kitty) - $9.99
This Zoku individual mold is for making an individual ice pop in the shape of a kitty cat. You can make it with fruit juice, plain water (just for bath play), yogurt or even chocolate. I like that it’s reusable and comes in other animals so we can collect others to mix and match.
I made our first Popsicle with water to try out the mold and it worked perfectly. It froze overnight and popped out easily. Next time we'll try it with orange juice.
Bubble Bath Box included a recipe for peach pops. We haven’t tried this recipe, but it sure sounds good!
Verdict: This was a fantastic launch box! The kids loved it and so did I. I felt it was a nice mix of creative, fun things and functional, safe products. I’m happy with the value as well which came to more than $37. My kids love the water and have always loved bath time, but anything to mix it up and make it more fun is always welcome. I can’t wait to see what next month will bring.
What do you think of Bubble Bath Box? Do you think your children would have more fun bathing with these fun products?
