Arcade Block July 2016 - 3

Arcade Block doesn’t theme their boxes. But, you’ll typically know at least 3 of the franchises featured before your box ships.

Each box includes an information card. You’ll find some quick information about each item in the box.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 8

Smash Shirt – Value $15?

This month’s exclusive shirt from ShirtPunch features Super Smash Bros. Inside each letter you can find Mario, Samus, Link, Sonic, and Pikachu. I don’t often play fighting games – but this is a really fun one if you’ve never given it a try.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 4

Mega Man Helmet Speaker – Value $15?

The second exclusive of the month is a Mega Man speaker.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 6

It’s in the shape of Mega Man’s classic helmet. 2,0000 subscribers also received a variant red helmet speaker.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 5

The unfortunate aspect of this speaker is that it’s USB powered – so you’ll need to plug both the USB and audio cable in to get it working. It’s not the best speaker, but I think that was probably expected from such small plastic housing.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 7

Warcraft Mystery Mini – Value $7 on Amazon

We get a Funko item this month! The boxes included a mystery mini from Warcraft. The character I unboxed was King Llane Wrynn – I’m not big into the Warcraft games or the movie, but I have played it a couple times in my life – so I’m familiar with a bunch of these little characters – it will get added to the collection!

Arcade Block July 2016 - 10

Dungeon Boss Key – Value $5-10?

Get ready to battle a boss with this Zelda Boss Key! These are pulled right from the game itself – they are needed to enter boss rooms in the games! Very cool – glad to see them pull items from within the game!

Arcade Block July 2016 - 9

Toad Air Freshener – Value $1-2?

This thing is STRONG. It’s definitely got a heavy strawberry scent – so it’ll keep your car fresh and strawberry-y.

Arcade Block July 2016 - 11

Dues Ex Print – Autographed – Value ??

This might be the first autographed item for Arcade Block. The main character of Dues Ex is Adam Jensen, who is voiced by Elias Toufexis – who signed this little print!

Arcade Block July 2016 - 14

ShirtPunch Credit – Value $10

I absolutely love that they’ve added this to their subscription. It’s super valuable to me – because they have a lot of Funko POPs in their store. With this credit, I can get most POPs for the cost of shipping, which is $6 for me.

Verdict: This box didn’t hit on franchises I personally love, so it was a bit of an off month for me. But, I like that they’re pulling items from games (like the Mega Man helmet and the Boxx Key) – that’s cool and it’s the idea Loot Crate was going for with Loot Gaming. Since I wasn’t a big fan of a lot of the month’s franchises, I really appreciate the ShirtPunch voucher that much more – I’m guaranteed to pick up something I love for a small cost.
