You’ll choose an available theme each month. No surprises here, you’ll see each item that you’ll be getting before you purchase. Each month also includes a card detail information about the items in the box.
The cards typically have information, or How-To’s, related to the items inside. This month included more information on cold brew coffee.
Primula Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker – Value $30
The hero item of this box is a cold brew coffee maker from Primula. I’m a big fan of cold brew coffee, so when Liz told me this was an option this month – I jumped all over it!
The entire thing is dishwasher-safe, which is a plus for us. It is a glass container with a non-slip runner bottom and plastic spout.
You’ll be putting your beans in the ‘Cold Brew Core’. You’ll need 1 cup of coarsely ground beans for best results.
You have the option of adding flavor to your brew as well. This flavor mixer will help you disperse whatever additive you might choose.
I went with coffee beans I had received the same day from Amora Coffee (review to come soon!). The process took about 10 minutes in total from nothing to coffee in the fridge – this would have been reduced greatly with a power coffee grinder, though.
The next morning, I had 50 ounces of cold brew coffee to try – and it was delicious and smooth! Cold brewing the coffee reduces acidity by 65%, and since I drink my coffee black, having an increased smoothness is a major bonus to me!
Three more items were included!
Bolivar Bitters – Value $10
If you like to spice up your coffee (or any drink for that matter), they added Bolivar Bitters from Bittercube. I like smooth, dark, black coffee – so I was unsure about adding this. On my third glass, I took the plunge. I added about 5 droplets, which didn’t add much of an effect – then added about 10 more drops, which definitely brought the taste out. Not for me, but not undrinkable, either.
Port Living Co. Desk Set – Value ??
I love the next two items. This desk set from Port Living Co. is made from polished concrete – and goes well with my other Bespoke Post items!
The cup is perfect for holding pencils and pens – it’s going in my office right after the review!
Keep your small, loose, items in place with this incredible tray – also a new desk addition!
Verdict: I haven’t had a disappointing Bespoke Post in quite some time – this one knocks it out of the park again. Not only is the curation spot on – but the products are all high-quality, I don’t know how they do it every month! I love coffee, and have grown to love cold brew, so this delivery was exactly what I need for this time of the year – partner that with some beautiful concrete desk accessories and I’m a very happy man.

Definitely my favorite of all of the boxes I’ve gotten over the years. “Dwell,” “Bloom,” and “Frontier” are also standouts, but this one is really great.
Eric, how long do you think the cold brew lasts in the fridge? If you were to only drink 10 oz per day, would the coffee still be fresh by day 5, for example?
I’ve done that before with past cold brew. It didn’t lose any taste or become bitter for me – that is with just black coffee though, not sure if any additives would change that.
I almost took the plunge on this one as we love cold brew in our house and drink it pretty much all year round. But with the coffee maker value only being $30 it didn’t quite seem worth it. I think adding a bag of quality coffee beans would have pushed me over as the desk set just seemed kind of random in this box. Great review though – I am definitely considering this coffee maker to purchase on its own.
Thanks for the fab review! I have been stalking the swap site to get a cold brew jar. Anyone have a better one that they like? If not, I might just buy this one.
I recently bought a Hario cold brew pot on Amazon and really like it. (There is lots of info about it on the Williams-Sonoma site if you want to research, but it’s on back order there.)
THANK YOU! V. grateful.
Ordred! 10% off w/ code (plus free shipping). Code on website. But is backordered 2 weeks.
I came so close to getting this, it’s so nice. but I make my cold brew in two gallon vats during the warmer months, and it only costs me about $4, I just couldn’t justify it. wonderful review, though!
Thanks!
