  2. I ordered and paid a month ago. NOthing has arrived. I keep getting shipping delay emails., I asked them to cancel.2 weeks ago. They said they cannot cancel for next month, but the following month. I do not think this is a good company to deal with. Next is opening a cc dispute. they need to understand that here in America, you cannot just take money and deliver “whenever you feel like it”

  3. Put in my first ever order with My Geek Box on May 30 as they had a great deal going. Received a confirmation saying things should mail out in 24 hours and I’d receive a shipping email. Waited an entire week. Nothing. Contacted company. They said they’d canceled my order (no reason given) and account (which is why I couldn’t find it to track the order; again, no reason given) and apparently forgot to tell me or refund me. They said I should get a refund in a few days. WTF??? My money was taken for a week and I received order confirmation. I did not cancel the order. Consequently the company is required to fulfill what was promised. This is ridiculous. Not a good way to treat new customers!
