Each month includes a card featuring detail about each item in the box. This month featured a lot of Pokemon and TMNT items - and even one mashup item of the two franchises.

It also comes with a mini magazine. Inside you'll find more information about this month's featured franchises. They usually also include other fun things - like gift ideas, which I always find something new to want.

Here's a look at the inside of the booklet, and more specifically, the gift guide! That Adventure Time driving shade is incredible!

Big League Pikachew Shirt - Value $15?
This month's shirt features Pikachu. It's also a mashup with the classic bubblegum - Big League Chew! When I was in Little League, I used to take at least half of a bag of big league chew gum and play with it in my mouth. Probably not the greatest thing to emulate baseball players and chewing tobacco - but the gum was pretty delicious.

Turtle Trainer Stress Ball - Value $10?
One of the exclusives this month if a Pokemon/TMNT mashup stress ball. You'll be getting one of four possible Turtles color variations.

On the bottom of the container, you'll see all four color variations - which is really not new information if you're familiar with TMNT.

I really like the presentation of the stress ball - it was kind of a fun reveal.

Inside, you'll find your Pokeball. I got the Donatello variation with the purple color band. I actually use stress balls from time to time when I'm coding, it's good relief for my hands and fingers - so this will be put to use.

Super 1-UP Planting Pot - Value $15?
This is the hero item of the month for me! It's a planter modeled after the tubes in the Mario games!

It's a really great design - and I like the work they did with the shadowing of the tube.

To make this even better - you'll find a mail-in rebate to get a free Venus Fly Trap for your planter! That's one of the coolest items I've seen in a geek box.

Bit Evolution Steam Game - Value $10
First, I love the graphic on the card - I miss the classic Game Boy even though it was kind of a nightmare to keep up and running - don't forget extra batteries!

This month's game really reminded me of Mario!
BiT Evolution is a journey into the past that draws inspiration from all of your favorite titles from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
Again - I must call out how great it is that it's compatible with Mac and Windows - they've done a great job on that.

Sherlock Manga "A Study In Pink" #1 - Value $3.99
This Sherlock issue is an exclusive Geek Fuel variant cover! The did "A Study in Pink" on the Sherlock TV show, as well, I haven't had a chance to read the comic to see if it's the same story. This is a manga comic as well - so you'll be reading it backwards (for you US subscribers out there).

Pokemon Tattoos - Value $1?
Super Mario Ink Stamp - Value $1-2?
The last two items felt like toss-ins. You'll be getting some temporary tattoos and a Super Mario ink stamp.

Here's the stamp I got - you could have received Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, or Yoshi - as seen here!

Here's a look at the stamp itself.
Verdict: While the planter pot/venus fly trap is one of the coolest items I've received in a geek box, the box as a whole just ok for me. I think a lot of that has to do with it being very heavy in the Pokemon category - it's not something that I ever got into - so I'm sure that Pokemon fans will have a blast with the box. I will certainly mail in my rebate for my fly trap! Will you?
