I got mine today and it’s the same box they gave for Black Friday. ? Pretty bummed. I thought it was going to be something curated for the occasion, not leftovers.

I’m newish to subscription boxes, but I love the way Bespoke Post functions, with full spoilers, choice of different boxes, and easy skipping if nothing is fantastic that month.

I don’t know much about subscription boxes. Are there other boxes that function the same way? I like the idea of getting exposed to things I wouldn’t have found myself and, of course, getting a good deal, but I don’t particularly like the surprise/gamble of most boxes and the hassle of swapping.

If anyone could share their expertise with me, I’d appreciate it.

My worry is it will be cliche dad items like a tie etc in mystery box, and my dad is most definitely not a tie dad anymore. What have some past mystery boxes included if they’ve done this before?

The bonus box for Black Friday included a soap sample, a shaving cream sample, leather shoe laces, brass collar stays, a small pocket knife, and a small bottle of cocktail bitters. They were all pretty manly items but they were perfect for stocking stuffers for my brothers and nephews.
