It’s just irritating to me that these pages never let you just browse before signing up and receiving their spam. Ugh. Oh well, saves me from signing up for a different box

I just canceled this sub. My box last month was stuck in post office limbo and I called them hoping they could put a search on it or something. The woman was just plain rude and read the usps site to me as if I couldn’t read it myself. I got fed up and said, “You know what? Just cancel me.” She didn’t even hesitate and sent me the link to cancel.

And that’s the worst part. To cancel you have to TAKE A QUIZ. This “quiz” insinuates that surely you don’t understand how the program and their business model works and if you did you wouldn’t want to cancel so please let them explain it to you again. Nowhere on this multi-page quiz does it give you the opportunity to tell them why you are canceling or that it might be because their customer service reps are rude.

That quiz and the insult it projects is the reason i’ll never sign up again.

P.S. the products are pretty and fit well, but I’d rather deal with a company that doesn’t treat me like an idiot. For the prices they charge, they should be helpful, not insulting.

Is their stuff actually nice? From what I’ve seen in person it looks cheap and I remember reading somewhere that they don’t design or produce their own stuff, just buy the rights to use other cheap brands items. I’m on the bigger end with bras though and only got a couple of sleepwear pieces so I’m curious if it’s all their stuff or maybe just certain items.

I subscribed for a few months last year and got two bra & panty sets and one pajama set. I’m a 34B and the cups were too round or something on the first bra I received, because it just didn’t sit right and I didn’t fill it out completely. The panties for both sets were pretty, but made of a cheap feeling material (nylon blend maybe?) The second bra was better. A free add-on pair practically disintegrated after one wear so I tossed those. The t-shirt from the pajama set was small to begin with and shrunk after one wash. The shorts from the pajama set barely covered my hoo-ha (the leg openings were wide with a non-existent inseam), so I felt really uncomfortable wearing them. I was thinking of re-subbing, but it looks like they have a lot of the same sets as a year ago, so I doubt the quality has improved.

Great Question Lauren, I’m definitely at the larger end in bra size & it varies manufacturer to manufacturer (36/38/40 D or DD). I can have one at the low end that fits amazing or one at the high end…. then, onto different designer, I have extra room in the cups. It can be frustrating! Which leads to the next question, is there/how is the return policy?
