I am still waiting on the replacement on my valentine’s box. My order # is 3000. No response from my many emails. Maybe since 5th ave folks review here l will get lucky and they will help me. [email protected]

Dear Lynn,
We have received one e-mail from you stating that you sent us back 3 items for exchange without contacting us and without RMA (return merchandise authorization). We did reply to you that we have not received your merchandise and could not locate it. We tried contacting USPS on it without any resolve.
Even though you went ahead with an exchange without our knowledge and without using our return label we still would like to help you. Please contact us directly and we will work it out in spite the fact that the merchandise that you shipped is apparently lost.

I had a positive experience with their customer service, but they are often late. Love my boxes and wish they speed up their delivery.

I ordered their $169 newcomer’s deluxe box on 4 May. Website says it ships in 10-15 business days. My order still says it is processing. Sent 2 emails asking for a status, no reply. Called their cust serv #, no answer. They were sure quick to charge me though. Never again!

Did anyone get the previous SE box? I like some of this jewelry but looking for clues as to what will else will comprise the box.

They never sent the mothers day box out. I ordered one and so did my friend. Neither of us got anything . I have emailed them over and over as well as contacted them on facebook and they never answered me. I can find no one online who ordered a mothers day box and actually got one. This was 270 dollars and they made big promises. I have no idea what to do at this point I am very upset when I see them trying to sell something else that they will not send out. I also have read some of the positive comments on MSA and I feel some are them posing as customers. Just a hunch. So be careful. I lost a lot of money with them.

@Brit I received the Mothers Day Box. Also like the comment below one item was missing. They contacted me by email to let me know why. I have contacted them by email before and always got a response back quick.

In the forum, there are some very positive posts about this box; I know for sure those are not employees as I swap with those people. Several of them have also posted over here, so again, not employees.

This all makes me sad because I was planning to order a box. Please email Liz, in case she misses the comments. She will investigate!

This box has been shipped to everybody who ordered it.
We do have some cases where people missed a single item due to a delayed shipment from overseas but we notified clients about it and will be sending them a gift along with a remaining item as our apology for the inconvenience.
We do not have a single Facebook message on this subject and the ones we have from the past are all answered.

Thanks for your warning. I guess I’m glad I’ve been waffling and haven’t ordered as yet. It does look like a great box and I love a few of the bracelets.

Have you initiated a charge back with your credit card? I’m thinking if they get a bunch of those they would pay attention.

Boy am I going to heck in a hand basket. I really wanted to give this box a try so with $50 off I couldnt resist. I asked for the 3 evocateur cuffs although I wondered if I could pull all three on my choices from only one brand. They said you would definitely get 1 of your three choices so I have fingers crossed. Instead of getting a lot of different monthly boxes this year I’m trying one of the luxe boxes every so often.
