This is the info card that was included in the package, detailing the items in the box. This month's theme is "Find Your Zen." This month's package is still available for purchase.

LYF-now also included a meditation this month in their printed materials. Meditations are one of the very definite requirements for finding your zen, for sure!

Gourmet Zen Cookies - Listed value $5

These cookies are huge! One is a double chocolate and the other is a sugar cookie. I don't think sugar comes into play when trying to attain zen, in fact it probably works against you, but it's a nice treat.

"Loofah" - Listed value $3

This is listed as a loofah, but it's not. I actually don't know what these are called. A bath scrubby? Anyway, these always come in handy.

LYF Bath Salts - Listed value $10

These are handcrafted bath salts that smell like lavender. I love the color!

Candle - Listed value $2

This is a simple, unscented white votive candle in a fun purple glass holder. I love the color!

Lotus Necklace - Listed value $19

This is a pretty and simple lotus flower necklace, designed to inspire peacefulness and positivity.

Here's a better and more close-up view of the necklace. It is designed to hit just below the throat.

Verdict: I think this box would be great for teens and young women as a reminder to take time out and take care of themselves! I love that they included a meditation; the younger people learn to cope with stress and stay in touch with their emotions, the better! I think everything in this box is age-appropriate and thoughtfully curated. Nothing in the box was labeled with any sort of branding, so I used the values listed on the info card, which seem reasonable. The value of the contents totals $39, which is great for a $29 box. I think this would make a lovely gift for the teen girl in your life.
