You had me at SWAP! I’m a hopeful wait-lister. Is that a word? Will we be given guidelines for swapping once we’re in the club? I noticed people seeking out items not normally found in sub boxes, or offering to outright sell items. As a boring rule follower, I’m curious.
P.S. If Suzanne Somers can sell a cook book, anyone can.

I would be more excited if I didn’t just get this book for my birthday. It’s great! I love her and her hubby. They photos and commentary is great and those recipes are totally things we all crave!

I am so happy to be getting this, I really was buying it. I can’t wait to get it….but I must now because I don’t need two, haha. I watch FABLife and was laughing my butt off when she announced she had to change her #. I can’t believe the publishers did not notice their mess up. Did you notice it? Just curious if it’s actually that noticeable.

Mmmmm I hope there will be better items. I’m sure it’ll be great, and have read from reviews that it is great, but I have been vegetarian for more than a decade so I really can’t eat anything with meat, no exceptions or I’ll get sick. It might be nice if there are ways to convert the meat recipes to veggie friendly, but otherwise I may just gift this.

I keep kosher, so I assume about 1/2 the recipes will be not something I can make. I’ll probably look through it, and if nothing strikes my fancy I’ll pass it onto my son, who loves to cook.

I saw the spoiler email and started an argument with Popsugar in my head “you have the nerve to put out an April spoiler and I haven’t even received my March box yet?!” but then a few hours later I received tracking for my March box AND my Resort box! Shut me right on up! But anyways, the book is cool. It wouldn’t make me subscribe if I wasn’t already a subscriber but I am and I’m happy with it. I know I wouldn’t have purchased it but I’ll read it, I like Chrissy Teigen. I think the point of these boxes (or at least some of them) is to offer people items they may not buy for themselves. Otherwise, we’d just go buy them.

I try to eat clean and my finance was just diagnosed with diabetes so not sure how useful this cookbook will be for me. And I don’t know much about Christy and her qualifications as far as writing a cookbook but I’m not going to pass judgment on het ability until I read her book.

I’m also diabetic and eat low carb. I saw some things I could definitely modify, and others that would be ok for diabetics! I can help modify if you want!! Hope your fiancé can find a good doc that can help him get things under control. It’s not the best club to join, but it is a well researched one with a lot of support.

her face is photoshopped too extensively on the cover – it doesn’t even look like her. and do we really need her cleavage for a cookbook? i don’t understand the merits of a so called “celebrity” cookbook, what makes her qualified?

what school was that? i did an internet search and could not find that information. typically, a celebrity lends their name, and there is a true culinary expert who writes and puts together the recipes, in this case it is adeena sussman.

If anyone follows her on Instagram, you’ll know that Chrissy is all about feeding her man hearty meals – this is not your typical model diet 🙂 Unless I’m mistaken her cookbook is similar. For those on the fence, I would definitely recommend check out what she cooks for John Legend on her social media pages, she’s been making my mouth water for months and I can’t wait to try some of her recipes out for myself!
