Mommy Mailbox is a monthly subscription box for mothers, though I think it’s a great box for women in general.

MOMMY MAILBOX MARCH 2016 - items 1

It Is Well Mug from Little Black Letter Company – value: $12?

I can’t tell you how much I love this mug. I love pretty lettering, and this phrase personally carries a lot of meaning to me, so I’m thrilled to have this.

Sun Cups Milk Chocolate 2-pack – value: $2.50

These are delicious! They’re nut-free, gluten-free, and soy-free versions of peanut butter cups. They’re made with “sun butter,” aka roasted sunflower seed butter.

Rifle Paper Co Mint Floral Sewn Journal – value: $15

I know I’m not alone in this, but I love anything Rifle Paper Co! This journal is so pretty and I love the floral.

Saje Peppermint Halo Headache Remedy – value: $26.95

I’m so happy to have discovered this product! I’m not stranger to essential oils or homeopathic remedies like this, but this is a gorgeous rollerball! The packaging is beautiful. This is a combination of peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, and vetiver. You roll it on your temples and it’s supposed to help a headache in 4 minutes.

It’s So Big Elizabeth Mott Mascara – value: $20

I’ve tried this mascara before, and I like it! Always happy to have a backup.

I had to take a close up of this packaging. One end is a rollerball and the other end is a traditional dropper top you’d find on a normal bottle of essential oil. I loved exploring their site and now I want their Pocket Pharmacy!

Verdict: I’m very, very happy with this Mommy Mailbox! I know it says “mommy” in the name, but it’s a great box for women in general. I estimate the total box value to be about $76.50! That’s a win for me, plus I’m really happy to have discovered some great new brands and products.

  1. Where are you seeing 12-month subscriptions for $28.95? The website states they’re all $33.95 except one-off boxes which are more expensive.

  2. Love everything in this box! I’m adding this one to my wish list.

  3. Agree on the name. I haven’t seen anything in the boxes that is parent-specific but seeing the Mommy in the name tells me the company doesn’t want my business.

  4. I agree huge turnoff for me to. The box looks great though. I wish they would change the box name to My Mailbox or something similmar) and take off the (mom), Not everyone is a mother, nor wishes to be or can be.

    • Totally Agree!

  5. This box is routinely fantastic and I would subscribe but, like Emily said, the name is a huge turnoff for me. I’d love to be a mommy but it hasn’t happened for me and having a box remind me of that every month is too much for me. I would sub if the name were anything else.

  6. This looks like a great box, but I have to say that the name of this box is a huge turnoff for me. 😐
