Fruit Snacks by Horizon Organic – $0.77

These were really good!  I was a bit scared to try them after finding this online, but these don’t have DHA, so maybe that’s the biggest factor!

Pitted Greek Olive Mix  by Olympos – $1.20

This is definitely not going to be for everyone, but I LOVED it.  Perfectly briny and tart!

Almond Roca Buttercrunch Toffee with Almonds by Brown & Haley – $0.50

Who doesn’t love Almond Roca?  Even though I’m a well-known nut hater, I always enjoy a good, toffee filled bite of this stuff…as long as I don’t break my teeth.

Lemon Wafer Bites by Dolcetto  – $1.39

I am a huge fan of any lemony sweets and these are no exception.  As soon as I opened the bag I smelled the lemon – they didn’t skimp on flavor here.  These are delicious, and I love how the portion controlled bags keep you from over indulging if you’re mindlessly snacking.

Strawberry Fig Bar by Nature’s Bakery – $0.79

I just tried a blueberry version of this bar a few weeks ago.  I really like these!  I think I prefer the blueberry, but this one was quite good as well.

Peppermint Salt Water Taffy by Salty Road – $1.00

This was nice and soft taffy.  I hate biting into taffy and then almost losing a tooth.  The flavor was great as well!

Rosemary and Sea Salt Pork Clouds by Bacon’s Heir – $1.15

My husband tried these, since he likes traditional chicharrones.  He’s not a fan of weird flavors but he liked these!

Original Naan Crisps by Stonefire Flatbreads – $0.50

These are really delicious.  I’ve had them in the past, and I enjoy eating them with dip, or all by themselves.  I also love naan, so these were a home run for me!

Verdict:  This was my first Love with Food box, and I really enjoyed it!  I like that many of the snacks could just be thrown in a lunch pail as an extra treat for the day, and that there is a great variety of savory and sweet.  The value comes out to about $7.30, but many of these items in the box are individually packaged and you wouldn’t be able to purchase all of these a la carte for that price.  They also included a $10.00 credit for (which I’ve never seen before, looking forward to checking it out), and a few other coupons.  All in all, I think this is a great box!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane…the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane…but she’s always looking for a new subscription to try!

  1. Don’t forget that if you review the items in your Love with Food account you earn points that can be used to buy more snacks in their shop.

  2. I think fish oil does not go with some snacks. (Well, what would I know, I haven’t had meat, poultry, or fish since 1993…) I was glad to have gummies that did not have gelatin. Although they stuck to my teeth. The Deluxe box was similar but you got some things I didn’t and vice versa. (Hopefully writing my review today!)
