SPOILER ALERT:
Got mine too. I was excited, at first. I can’t figure out how to open the bracelet. It’s kinda (Value on this is far overstated though, in my opinion.) If someone can tell me how to open it, I’d be grateful!

Hubby says the hat looks cute on me, so that’s a plus.

As for the resort theme, everything fits the theme and if I didn’t already have ton of scrubs and blushes. I’m guessing that the other is a bronzer, which I don’t wear. If it’s not, it’s too dark for my skin.

The marshmallows are yummy! (unless you don’t like coconut…)

The frame is heavy a pretty nice. The small travel notebooks are just an ok. I probably won’t order the free magazine.

My Resort box arrived, and I have to say I’m a little underwhelmed. It’s ok, but I’m not over the moon about any of it. I am pretty excited to try (Spoiler alerts for those who don’t want to know what’s inside…read no further!! 😉 ) the Indie Lee scrub…but I’m very “Meh” about the rest. The hat is ok, but not a great look on me. The frame and little notebooks are cute enough, though not sure I’ll have too much use for them. The coco marshmallows…YUM! I was looking forward to trying the Make matte/dew compact, but not super excited by the funky scent to it, and the “evil eyes pom-pom bracelet” is just flat out odd! Never heard of “DuJour” magazine, but will probably sign up for the gift subscription…why not, it’s “free”! I got caught up in the “I need to get one” box frenzy after missing out on the Target/PSMH box, but I think next time I’ll think twice before I jump, and take my chances to wait and see if they release any spoilers.

Yes, I’ve ordered it. But I’m really disappointed with them lately. And I’m a charter pop sugar subscriber! I’ve had several issues with recent boxes. My bracelet in the holiday box, my ciate compact in the today show box, my little tray was chipped in the January box!!! None of the items were actually replaced as of yet. Nothing was done on a timely basis. I’ve had to message and message. Really frustrating! Finally I received a broken pair of earrings… I was excited to get them then one was broken. I sent photo immediately, this was to replace my broken some other item.. Sigh
This used to be my absolute favorite thing to receive each month! For years! I even buy it for my daughters too and quite often. I’ve never been this frustrated and in the past the customer service had always been outstanding. I understand growing pains but it’s getting to be too dissapounting lately. It it keeps happening I’ll cancel for good…

I was one of the many folks who was having prolonged issues with customer service regarding replacement of my broken candles in the for her box, and I was quite vocal about my lack of response, action, etc. That said, it is always easy to air negative feedback, but remain silent when a company performs well. To that end, while it did take quite a long time, over the weekend I finally reached the correct customer service person who refunded my box. While I do not want to make excuses for them, I understand they were completely and totally overwhelmed through the holiday season and were having some growing pains. As this is my first issues with them, I hopeful they have ironed out all of the issues moving forwards so I can keep ordering the fun boxes!

One of my boxes did not come w/ cloth and the other one did. This was not a battle I wanted to email about to PS (I’ll save it for something big), because I finally just got closure from the Today Show Box w/ damaged items. I say as long as you got the balm and the scoop w/ it just use a soft cloth or washcloth.

I went for it. I don’t know why, but I did. I haven’t purchased a Resort box before so I’ll see … I think I need to join the support group on the discussion thread that “stops” each other from indulging in too many boxes! I still have the entire Target Fitness box, minus the Luna bars, totally untouched. Sigh!

I’m not buying anything else until I get my darn candlesticks. Or at least an answer to my queries. For Pete’s sake, I send an email with a concern, I get an email saying they’ll get back to me, immediately followed by a “survey” email about the “help” I received, then nothing else from them. They haven’t answered me since the first email saying they were sending replacements.
Hey, Popsugar! It’s getting old! A little customer service would be sweet! Sigh…

Darnitall. I caved and ordered one. I wasn’t over the moon about the holiday box (that bracelet made my wrist hurt, it was too small), but the resort boxes have always been nice. I spend a hundred dollars anymore on a few bags of food. I’ll cut back these next few weeks and get a surprise box of fun instead. I’m sure it’ll be at least double the value. My big pet peeve with PS is they tend to have things made just for the box, with insane suggested retail values.

I COMPLETELY agree! I don’t understand why a “popsugar exclusive” is supposed to be a good thing. To me, it’s just something that we are certain Popsugar got for super cheap and is inflating the price on. Usually the items feel cheap too. I’d MUCH rather have something with a concrete value, like a Naked palette, etc. (even though I already have all of them ;))

getting an email was so much easier and I agree it was a perk for being a pop sugar groupie! I loved the Stephanie Johnson case and use it all the time!!! Snd no I hated the drunk elephant too. I can’t wait to see what us inside. The February box was out of sight!!!!

not trying to rub this in anyone’s face – but i DID get the muslin cloth. So it was not a glitch with all the boxes. Unfortunate an entire wave seems to be missing them though.

My cloth was missing also. I have emailed CS but no reply as of yet. Also, I was getting a bad link when I tried to reset my password…..I was unable to log in and I KNOW what my password was. My card was hacked last month and now I am a little concerned about updating my card info with popsugar. I have been a subscriber for over 2 years and never had troubles before.
