My ring snapped in half when I tried to adjust it. I dont have fat fingers either. Just like a gumball machine ring! Ugh!

I accidentally posted this same concern in an older post so I apologize in advance for those having to read this twice. I just received my February box and it is missing the Tilo Scarf (of course the most expensive item in the box w/ a RV of $125). The box weight according to FedEx was 2.2 lbs. Did anyone else have a different box weight who received the scarf? I contacted PS CS to let them know and am waiting for a response. Based on what I’ve read on this site I’m more than a bit concerned that they will not send a replacement even if they promise to do so. I guess if I don’t receive a replacement I’ll just have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Any other advice?

I have always had great success with CS when items were missing or damaged from my box. Most recently. My January box had a tear in the bin and had been water damaged so the book was warped badly. CS responded promptly and I received replacement items today. I do think they send canned emails out to respond to the “where’s my box” question- and if for some reason your account is invalid you just keep getting them. I had ordered the SE holiday box, but there must have been a computer glitch because the order never went through. I kept emailing “where’s my box” and kept hearing “it’s on it’s way”. Finally went to my bank statements and saw I was never charged, went to the account and it didn’t show an order, searched my email and had never gotten confirmation. But I think they have some automated feature that responds “it’s on it’s way” to any delivery email. So, for those who are still missing their January boxes, I’d do the searches I did and see if you actually had the order go through. We get used to Internet orders, but they can fail!
BTW, I’m in California, renewed through the Black Friday deal, and haven’t gotten my shipping notice yet. Account says “processing”. I think they ship by account number, so if you are new or cancel and renew on a better deal, you go to the bottom

Still haven’t received a shipping notification for this box. I normally do not get my box until the last week of the month so I try not to worry about when they’ll show up. But with payment being made in Jan for this months box I would have loved to get it earlier then I normally do. At this rate with no shipping notification I’m assuming I’ll get this delivered the last week of the month per normal. Can’t wait to get the box though, loving the items, especially that tray. And I really like how the cookie mix comes with a cookie cutter. Its fun to have something to use after you try the mix.

I actually subscribe to Foodstirs and LOVE IT! Unfortunately, I already have two of the February heart cookie boxes, BUT I don’t mind at all because they are delicious!! They are ingredient conscious and it’s been the one thing to get me to bake! I highly recommend checking it out!
The rest is a win for me. I’ve whittled my boxes down recently and kept FFF, PSMH, Stitchfix, BB, Ipsy and PV…oh and Wantable jewelry (you should have seen my list before…it was out of control). Oh wait…I lied…I get the Box of Style! LOL!
Now…if only shipping to Hawaii was expedited!

It’s nice to “meet” another islander who is a sub box addict! I’ve recently moved back to Hawaii and I’m not loving how long it’s taking to get these boxes! I mean I expected it, but it’s not fun! Julep is the worst bc every month they send me an email saying I’ll get my stuff by the 5th and I (stupidly) think yay! They got their shipping straightened out this month! But no…I get another notice a few days later saying it’s going to be the 20th, which is much more realistic.

Just got my popsugar boxes today.. Think this terrific! Wonderful for the season and great variety. The little ring is able to fit a 5 or 6 and if you open it..could go to 7..as it is delicate..cute for your pinky finger! The skarf is gorgeous..cookie set is totally fun for VD.. And the Vs socks are terrific. The gift card is a nice touch! For the price, you cannot beat Popsugar!

I LOVE THAT SCARF! I’ve never really been impressed with PSMH boxes, but this looks like a super cute box and appropriate for the February month (specifically providing subscribers get it before the 14th).

Clearly I’m in the minority, but this box isn’t doing it for me. Nice stuff, just not my style. I think everything but the vs card will go for swap. Sadly/stupidly, I joined based on last year’s February box such was totally my style and which sold out before I could get it, even though I don’t usually care much for Popsugar’s curation. I hope I learn something from this. Sigh.

Same here.. no shipping notice.. just “processing” on my account page.. no packages showing up in my fedex tracker from wappingers falls at all.. so mine is definitely NOT on the way. I have zero hope or expectation of receiving my valentines popsugar box by valentine’s day at all. It’s stupid but I always feel so “left out” of the fun. I will eventually get my box but, by then, it’s all over. The entire box has already been received by tons of people, it’s been reviewed, excitedly discussed, items are up for swap, etc. And I’m just totally left out in the cold. That probably sounds dumb but part of the fun of this for me is the social aspect of sharing and discussing. Which I never get to participate in other than speculation on the teasers. [sigh] This is starting to bother me enough that I may cancel and just start swapping for the few items I really like from each box. I’d end up with the swaps before a box would even show up for me. Anyone else have this issue? Is it just me?

I am obsessed with this box!!! I think I’ll use the reward card towards a cute new bra purchase, I’ve needed to go get more lotion, I can’t ever have enough workout socks, the ring is freaking adorable (I LOVE midi rings, and gold at that!!), the jewelry dish is so so so cute, the cookie set will be fun to use with my boyfriend, I love cleansing balms so this one will be exciting to try, and the scarf will be the only thing swapped as heart patterns aren’t really my thing to wear. Looks like I’ll be receiving mine on Friday. Great job Popsugar!! 🙂

I gave in and ordered. I have the Tilo scarf from Popsugar box from 2014? and I love it. I would never pay the retail price. It is a lightweight and very soft scarf and I use it in the office when I feel a little cold around my neck or on my legs with especially AC on. I love the combination of grey and purple/brown color. This one is grey with little heart, so I guess I will use this one in the office and bring the other one home as I wear a lot of purple tops. I will bake the cookies with my son for my husband who just had a leg surgery. I am a big fan of cleansing balm, so I am excited to try this high-end brand. The only thing I might not use is the ring, but I ordered The Voice box (not yet received the box) and the ring might go well with the earrings. I am not sure the ring looks good on my little finger next to my wedding band and I don’t like to wear it on my right little finger (right-handed with office job). I haven’t ordered Popsugar in a long while, so I am excited.

I’m a size 12 and had to shove the darn thing on my wrist and hope I could get it off without the jaws of life. Child-sized might be an exaggeration, but I’d hazard that it skews too small for a lot of subscribers to wear comfortably or at all. Which is a shame, because I really like that bracelet (not to mention it made up a significant portion of the box value, so if one can’t use it, it’s a bit disappointing.)

The cloth bin was missing in my Jan. box, so they are comping my March box.
The bin is still available on the Pehr ? website so I don’t know why Popsugar doesn’t have any more, but I not complaining about a free box next month.
I thought that was really nice, instead of giving me a $15 credit or the like.
I’ve always had the BEST CS experiences with PSMH and really, every subscription box over the really weak $10 boxes, which are now GONE.

My Jan. Luxor box was wet, and they sent me a whole new box with another fur throw. Another great company with wonderful CS!

I had to ask again (this time on facebook) and got an email saying they no longer have replacement candles and will be issuing a partial refund. They didn’t say how much, just that it will take 7-10 days.

I have. It took quite a while and a nudging email but the broken candle from November was replaced, along with an extra item as an apology, and the replacement for the broken bracelet in my Holiday for Her LE JUST arrived a couple days ago.
I was a bit disappointed in the shipping packaging for the bracelet. It was barely protected! Fortunately it arrived unbroken, though.

This box isn’t a good fit for me. I do like the tray though, and am glad it’s not pink. Yuck to hearts. Why is the jewelry always gold? And haven’t we gotten arrow jewelry from them before?
Anyway, I usually don’t mind stuff I don’t like because I figure I can just swap it. But, lately swapping has been super hard. I have a ton of diverse stuff listed and good feedback, but no one ever seems to want to swap anymore :(. I’m wondering if the women who use the swap forum are starting to just kind of swap amongst themselves. It’s a bummer because I used to love swapping.
Well January was a major winner for me, so I still love PS.

I am so glad I took the plunge on the 6-month deal in December; this looks good @ full price & at $25/box it’s even better. I’m especially excited to see a skin-care item that is both cruelty-free & not full of skin-irritating fragrances or essential oils; while I’d never purchase it at full price it’s the sort of thing I would purchase & I’m super eager to try it. In fact if my box arrives before they sell out & I like it I may purchase another just for that. I love scarves & while I love the photo-inspired designs (Ferris wheel, homes on hillside, field of lavender) on the site even more I like & will definitely use the one we’re getting; I particularly appreciate that the heart print is subdued & sophisticated enough that it appears to be wearable anytime, aka not only on valentines day. I’m hopeful that the ring works size-wise & suppose that $20 will prompt my first visit to VS in quite a few years!

Meh…not bad. But, I’m so tired of getting gold jewelry when I don’t wear it. I wish they would give us a choice or just let us opt out of a box now and then, as the jewelry is usually a big part of the value. I can give it away, but it would be nice to keep something for myself now and then.
