Tilo Heart Print Scarf  - Retail Value $125

This is an exclusive design for POPSUGAR Must Have subscribers! The material is super soft, lightweight, and sheer - it looks fabulous draped!

The edges are a raw fringe:

And in the middle of the print there are fewer hearts:

I love the grey color of this scarf, I think it makes the heart print much more wearable in all seasons - not just for Valentine's Day!

Beauty Counter Nourishing Cleansing Balm - Retail Value $50

Yay! A Beauty Counter item! This brand is focused on ingredient-conscious beauty products. I've sampled a few of their products thanks to subscription boxes and I've been impressed. Plus they are a goop beauty brand - which always makes me excited (probably more than it should!).

The packaging on this is lovely too:

This cleansing balm comes with a 100% cotton muslin cloth and a little spatula:

To use, you put an almond sized amount onto skin and massage in circular motions, then use hot water to dampen the cloth and wipe off the balm. Then rinse with cold water.

I just tried it and I like how my skin felt immediately after - very soft! Plus, it is always nice to add a luxe product to your beauty routine!

The words on this tray are metallic gold and so is the entire backside:

Here it is with the ring from this box to better show scale:

I really love the gold accents on this tray - and I love that POPSUGAR got their signature cobalt blue on this piece!

Victoria’s Secret Coconut Milk Hydrating Body Lotion - Value $18

I haven't tried Victoria's Secret beauty products in a while, but I was happy to see that this lotion is paraben-free! The scent is light and sweet, and the formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly!

Victoria's Secret $20 Reward Card

Anyone else have a flashback to the Samudra Pink Pina Zip Pouch from the March 2015 POPSUGAR Box when you see this?

popsugar-must-have-feb-2016-gift-card

Details on this card: It is valid for $20 off a purchase (no minimum) until March 31st 2016. It works in both stores and online. It has a pin number and works just like a gift card.

I LOVE that this is included - and it is even listed as a bonus item! Time to start online shopping!

popsugar-must-have-feb-2016-socks

Sport Socks - Value $5

These are another bonus item. They have a cushioned sole and arch support - a very useful bonus item in my opinion!

popsugar-must-have-feb-2016-foodstirs

Foodstirs Heart Cookie Mix - Value $12

This is a mix for Valentine's Day sugar cookies! Here is everything you get with the kit:

On the flip side of this Sparkle With Us card is a coupon code for 30% off your next JewelryStorm order.

popsugar-must-have-feb-2016-ring

I'm a size 6.5-7 in on my ring finger, and this was a little tight, so I'm thinking it is a size 6. Fortunately ,since it is open on the front, you can adjust the size which I did. Here it is on:

popsugar-must-have-feb-2016-ring-on

Looking at the photo now, I'm realizing I need to open the ring up a little bit more - I'm having a bit of a finger muffin-top situation in this picture!

Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $273!!! Not only is the retail value great, but I'm so impressed with all the items. This box feels special and useful, and I love the inclusion of the Victoria's Secret gift card! Also - I'm loving the grey and white color story with the items this month - something about the cohesion in the look of the products together always makes me even more excited about a box!

I would call this one of my favorite POPSUGAR boxes of all time! I bought a few POPSUGAR subscriptions as gifts for family members for the holidays, and I already can't wait for them to get their boxes this month! This box is such a great gift!

Its October 2016 And I have looking for this box that I remembered and couldnt remember which box it was from. I knew it was PopSugar or FFF. This was my favorite box buy PopSugar ever. I thought it was the Dec 2015 box and wanted to make sure I ordered it this year but I now know it was Feb. I will be ordering this box next year if I dont have a subscription by then. I loved EVERYTHING in this box. Omg….

My ring broke after just one day too !!
Piece of junk ?

HimandHer

This was my favorite Popsugar must have box so far too!. I loved all the items inside. However, I did notice that my Beauty Counter Nourishing Cleansing Balm was missing the muslin cloth? What a bummer I really could have used that with my washing routine.
I was also super excited about the JewelryStorm Endless Arrow Ring. My ring finger is 4.5 so it is hard for me to find rings small enough to actually stay on my hand. This ring actually fit me and I started wearing it immediately. 🙂 But after less than a month I noticed that it started to tarnish on the back and underside. I’m scared it might break soon. I wouldn’t expect a $30 ring to break down so quickly. I did notice that I’m not the only one that has problems with their rings either. Now I’m rather hesitant to purchase anything from their company. I wonder if I should contact Pop sugar or Jewelry Storm about maybe getting a replacement. Has anyone heard anything back from either company?

My husband made the cookies last night… WOW! Excellent flavor and texture. So great, in fact, I just purchased $60 worth of new sugar cookie mixes. So happy to learn about this company!!! I enjoyed this box.

I wore the scarf for the first time today and it is starting to unravel on one side! 🙁 Anybody have any ideas on how to stop this without totally ruining the scarf? Maybe a little clear nail polish on the back?

Look for “Dritz Fray Check” – you can get a small bottle on Amazon (Prime) for $3.99 right now, and I think you can get it even cheaper than that at places like JoAnn’s. Good luck!

Amy

Thanks so much for the tip!

Did anybody just not ever get the box? I received a confirmation on January 28, 2016 that I was going to get one. I patiently waited until Feb. 21 to send an e-mail asking where was the shipping information for the February box (FAQs say that they ship out on the 20th or a day after). They replied with a brief message “Sorry! Our February box is sold out! You have to wait until March!” I think this box is so popular that they can skimp on the costumer service. At least they agreed to give me a refund. I live out in the middle of nowhere (APO/FPO) so its too stressful to pay money for something that might possibly never come.

My cleansing balm was missing the muslin cloth, but I love the balm! This is something I’m going to buy! Otherwise, l liked the box. Ring was cute as a pinkie ring, don’t bake but know a little girl who thinks making cookie cutouts is awesome. Have already worn the scarf, little plate was adorable , but I already have these on every dresser and by every sink ( put it in my drawer of ” just thinking of you” presents) . What surprised me was the lotion, don’t like coconut, but this was so light and absorbed quickly, and later in the day I noticed just a pleasant smell, didn’t smell like suntan lotion either, which is my first coconut association. One of my best boxes so far!

Mine was missing the muslin cloth too ;(

Rachel

hey does anyone else have problems with their customer service? My box got lost and they said sorry we can’t replace it because it’s sold out. That’s it? I’m just SOL?? what kind of company treats their customers like that. It made me so sad. -__-

Reply ButtonReply

Stephanie

Rachel, I have had nothing but problems with customer service. They could not replace some broken and missing items from my December and winter Limited Edition boxes. For two months they told me they were backed up for the holidays but I could expect my replacements soon. Finally, at the end of January they admitted they were out of inventory and issued me an account credit instead. I had three credits remaining anyway, so this brought me to four credits. Now, my box is missing too and, AGAIN, they cannot send a replacement. Customer service claims they added another credit to my account, but they didn’t. I spent all last week arguing with the post office and all this week arguing with PSMH customer service. I wish I could just get my money back instead of an increasingly longer subscription. These boxes are supposed to ENHANCE our lives right? Not if they’re more hassle than they’re worth!

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel

Overall, kind of a mix of usable but basic-boring items (socks, lotion, face wash, sugar cookie mix), a card that resulted in me spending more money, and items that don’t work for me (tray/ring too small, scarves are too hot for Texas heat). I was most excited for the little heart cookie cutter, and it rusted after the first use.

Reply ButtonReply

Kathleen Davis

How did you wash your cookie cutter? I washed mine twice in our dishwasher silverware basket and it came out shiny silver and clean each time.

Stephanie

I am disappointed not to be receiving this box. The post office insists this package and my Yogi Surprise box were delivered 2/8; my mail carrier swears she left both packages on my front porch. The funny thing is, I live on the second floor of an apartment building that doesn’t even have a front porch. Popsugar originally said they would send a replacement, but now they say there is no inventory left and they will issue a credit instead. I’m super bummed. This is the second time in three months my Popsugar box has gone missing and the post office can’t do anything about it because the tracking number is issued by FedEx, not USPS. So Popsugar issues me credits and I’m stuck with a bunk subscription that keeps getting longer.

Reply ButtonReply

Randi

Mine was also missing the muslin cloth, I emailed Popsugar and this was their response: “We are working on securing additional inventory. As soon as we do, we’ll be in touch with you so that you’ll know when to expect a replacement”… so sounds like it might be awhile before I get it.
I think it’s unfortunate that so many of us are missing it, and I really don’t think it’s Popsugar’s fault – more Beauty Counter’s. And I actually feel kinda bad for PS bc of all the problems recently with missing items and it seems like they’re finally getting all those taken care of and now this…

Well, I haven’t received my replacement candles that were cracked in my Holiday Must Have Box, so I wouldn’t hold your breath, lol.

i loved this box i will used everything, besides the people the voice box this ones my favorite and because of that darn 20 reward for vs i dropped $200.lmao my ring fits my ring finger perfect.

Kristen

I just subscribed to this box for a month to see if I like it. I am excited to receive this box. By any chance do you know what day the box normally arrives? What do you like about subscribing to the box?

Reply ButtonReply

Randi

It completely depends on where you live and when they decide to ship your box… all boxes “will ship by the 20th” according to Popsugar. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when boxes ship. Mine have been anywhere from the 8th to 15th of the month. And then it takes 7-10 days to get to me in the Midwest.

Nyx

Anyone know if the beautycounter cleansing balm is supposed to be kind of waxy and hard? I’m guessing ‘yes’ — hence the little scoop to get it out. Just making sure I didn’t get a tried out product that was supposed to be more lotion-ish.

Reply ButtonReply

Diana

Could someone please take the time to let me know if they bill when you sign up or when your months box ships? If they bill when it ships, what day of the month does that happen

Reply ButtonReply

Randi

They bill when you sign up if I remember correctly. Or if you continue with the sub, it’s usually during the first few days of the month. It’s definitely not when it ships though… boxes ship anywhere between the first of the month to the 20th of the month. And then it can take 7-10 days to get to you depending on where you live. They ship “FedEx Smart Post” – aka possibly slowest shipping ever 🙂

I loved this box!! I’m missing the cloth, but didn’t realize it until I read the comments. It’s not a big deal for me, though. I’ve been getting this box for 14 months and have never had a problem.

I think the ring is supposed to be a MIDI ring so you don’t put it on all the way. 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Crystal

You’re right. The ring is midi so it should only go partly down… a little above the knuckle 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

María

Love this box. This is my first PSMH.. I just had to buy it after seeing the spoilers and it felt even better after I opened it… I’m so glad that the ring fits me. I wear a 6 so I was afraid it was going to be too big, but not.. It’s Perfect.. Love the scarf, It looks beautiful on… I am glad nothing was missing from the box.

Reply ButtonReply

kristin

The scarf is HUGE I may have to wear as a sarong unless I can figure out some other way to wear it.

Reply ButtonReply

Crystal

Did anybody else have trouble opening the lotion ?? I have tried everything and pump won’t work

But other than that LOVE this box !! I called the heart shaped cookie cutters lol??

Reply ButtonReply

Erika

My pump didn’t work either but then I thought about the product and realized I would probably never use it. I exchanged it for another product ($18 value) at Victoria Secret with no hassle.

Reply ButtonReply

Crystal

Oh It’s working now
Guess I wasn’t doing something right at first lol
I love the scent it lasts all day !
But good idea to exchange for something you like better
I still need to use the gift card ?

colombo.diana

I loved the February box, but again when they put jewelry in it, it is made for a small child, the ring was extremely small, hopefully my niece will fit into it, and I was disappointed with the beauty cleanser mine was used, missing the cloth and applicator and someone opened the jar and touched it, so will not be using it since it’s used. Hopefully they will send me a replacement. Other than that I love it!!! 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Lauren

I still haven’t received any tracking information and nothing is showing up in FedEx. Is anyone else experiencing this?

My several attempts at contacting CS have been fruitless – they keep giving me the runaround about saying it’s processing.

Reply ButtonReply

This has to be my favorite box so far! I am very pleased since the last few boxes usually have a few items that my daughter and I would never use. Love the scarf…it’s soft and oh so pretty. I can’t say that there is one item in the box that we will not make use out of. I have one more month left since I cancelled my renewal on this box. Even though this box is our favorite of all we have received I will not renew simply because many of the items we received are collecting dust in my closet (will probably give many of them away as gifts)

Reply ButtonReply

j

Did anyone else have an issue with not being able to open your lotion? I twist and nothing. Doesn’t pump.

Reply ButtonReply

Kiales

This happened to me. I eventually gave it to my very determined husband who figured it out after a few minutes of twisting haha.

Reply ButtonReply

Faye

So frustrated with PSMH. Still waiting for replacements from the LE box to come, and now my Feb box is missing the ring AND cloth for the body balm.

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

So odd, but my balm was missing the cloth it was wrapped in. It doesn’t matter at all, but odd.

Reply ButtonReply

Shannon

Just at wondering if anyone actually GOT the cloth for the cleansing balm. Mine was also missing and I didn’t have a spatula either.

Reply ButtonReply

HimandHer

Mine was missing the muslin cloth, but I found the spatula on the bottom of the box.

Reply ButtonReply

Kiales

I got both!

Reply ButtonReply

Kate

I received the cloth and spatula in my box….
