Each box comes with a card detailing the items included and it usually has tips on how to one or more of the items. This month had some weightlifting advice.

Bespoke Post Subscription Box Review + Coupon January 2016 Fit - jump rope

King Athletic Speed Rope - Value $26.97

First up, to get you going, is this speed jump rope from King Athletic. The foam handles are nice and soft - it's a quality rope.

Line of Trade Packable Ripstop Nylon Duffel - Value $15-20?

I'm not sure what the value is for this item, I really can't find it anywhere on the internet. It's a really cool concept though. This pouch contains a duffel, and the pouch turns into an inner pouch once unravelled.

This unzips into this bag (it's tough to photograph).

I tried to get a shot of the inside too. It's a medium sized duffle once it's opened.

Bespoke Post Subscription Box Review + Coupon January 2016 Fit - mints and cards

Viter Energy Mint - Value $3.33

These mints contain 40mg of caffeine, which is about 1/3 of a cup of coffee. I'm not big into energy drinks, I stick to coffee, exclusively!

WorkoutLabs Exercise Cards - Value $25

This is a pretty cool idea. Shuffle your cards and get a random workout every day!

Here's a look at some of the exercises available on the cards.

The back of each card explains the workout in detail.

Verdict: These are some unique items to get your resolutions started this year. I'm mostly excited about these cards - I think I'll try the shuffle idea! Besides the mints, all the items are useful to me - maybe some in an ideal world where I workout every day - but useful nonetheless.

Eric

We’re behind a couple of episodes – was it recent? We love seeing products on that show that’ve received in boxes.
