Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil – (7.5ml/ 0.25fl.oz.) Value $10
Cute packaging! This oil is made with a blend of Clary Sage, Frankincense and Cardamom. It’s all natural, and smells wonderful. You only need to add two tiny capfuls to a bath, so I should be able to get a few uses out of it!
(This was also in the Holiday Net-A-Porter Beauty Kit)
Eslor Soothing Cleanser & Refiner – .5 oz Value $7
This cleanser is a gentle gel formula. I like the scent, and it didn’t dry out my skin. All good!
ila Beyond Organic Body Lotion For Nurturing Skin – 50 ml Value $8
I’ve been wanting to try this brand ever since I saw it in the Goop beauty shop! This lotion is made with organic ingredients, has a wonderful natural scent, and is very lightweight! I’m a fan of the formula, but the sample packaging isn’t the best. (The plastic bottle doesn’t have any give, so I’ll have to use a Q-tip to get it all out).
I just opened this packet to test out the scent and the eucalyptus is so refreshing! It’s a strong scent, but I’m guessing that’s in part because it isn’t in a bath yet! I’m excited to try this soon.
80 Acres of McEvoy Ranch Lavender Hand & Body Wash – 2 oz Value $4
This brand is new to me! The lavender scent isn’t too strong, and there’s a hint of citrus too. (AKA – all good scents for me!)
Jurlique Nutri-Define Superior Retexturizing Facial Serum – .5 oz Value $60
Wow! I couldn’t believe the price of this serum when I looked it up – $120 for 1 oz! The formula is a super lightweight gel that absorbs almost instantly, and it has a rose scent that fades pretty quickly.
More on what this serum is designed to do:
With daily usage, Nutri-Define Superior Retexturising Facial Serum helps to reduce the appearance of skin slackness, loss of density, and facial contours and restore clarity to the skin, while providing a cushioning barrier to help protect against environmental aggressors. It is formulated with Biosome5 technology which specifically targets the visible signs of wrinkles, loss of elasticity, skin smoothness, and age spots, and helps to treat skin dehydration and dull complexion. It contains a unique infusion from alfafa extract to tone skin slackness while artichoke and oat kernal extracts form an improved protective barrier within the skin to help enliven and firm skin’s appearance.
I’ve tried Jurlique serums before and I’ve been happy with their formulas, so I’m happy to have a such a large sample to try!
Good Day Chocolate Calm Chocolate Supplement – Value $4
This chocolate is infused with botanicals and amino acids to help reduce stress, anxiety, etc. We can’t weigh in on those effects, but my husband Eric said these were good! Kind of like a healthier M&M!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $100. I think that’s great for a natural beauty box, and if you want to buy the Jurilque serum, this box is basically a way to buy it at a discount and get everything else as a bonus! As always, I think everything Yuzen sends smells amazing, and it’s a nice luxe natural spa box.
