Sapphire Soul Balance Box
3.4 overall rating

Sapphire Soul is a monthly subscription service that sends products designed to enhance mindfulness, mysticism, and spirituality. With a wide variety of monthly offerrings, they bill themselves as the "Original Mindful + Mystic subscription box."

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out our review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - inside

The Subscription: Sapphire Soul

The Products: "Centered around a theme each month, the boxes typically include crystals, energy medicine, crystal healing jewelry, essential oils, teas, candles and holistic wellness products to relieve stress and find balance. In addition to the box contents, subscribers receive an insert or video insert that explains the meaning and intention behind each item that is featured in the monthís box."

The Cost: Sapphire Soul offers so many different subscription types, I thought now would be a good time for a chart.

This is a review of the large Mindful + Mystic box.

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - theme

This month's theme is Sacred Celebration! Fun!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - info

Sapphire Soul always comes with tons of tiny literature! These includes coupons for items from the package, meanings behind included stones and symbols, and social media info for Sapphire Soul.

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - stones

Himalayan Salt Crystal - Value $3.50?
Pyrite - Value $8?

(Last month, the values of items were printed on the info sheet, but this month I have to guess on some of them. This type of item can have widely varying values and is generally very hard to find good values for.)

These are the two gemstones I received. Himalayan Salt is a protective and purifying crystal. The pyrite is for intellect, grounding, and good luck!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - shades

Purple Shades - Value $10?

How fun! I've never had sunglasses like these before! They definitely add a celebratory element to the package!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - tank

Talk to the Hamsa flowy tank - Value $34

I was so excited to see this tank in my box! I love that phrase!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - tank-back

This tank is super cute! My only issue is that I don't like getting clothing in subscription boxes when they don't know my size. They sent me a large, and, fortunately, it fits (although it's not exactly 'flowy'). I would have been really bummed if it didn't.

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - oil-cards

Signature Sapphire Soul Sacred Celebration Gem Infused Mist - Value $8

This has a refreshing, uplifting aroma!

Dive in Deck - Value $20

I love these! This is a deck of cards with questions on them to help you foster a deeper relationship and better communication with loved ones.

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - yoga-soldiers

Yoga Joes - Value $12

What celebration would be complete without some fun toys? These little guys are hilarious!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - rocks

Frankincense resin pieces - Value $5?

I had no idea what these were when I opened them, and I had to actually contact customer service... It turns out they are pieces of Frankincense resin. I love Frankincense, so I was happy to hear that! You burn a charcoal brick and place these on top, then they work like incense.

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - goodies

Buddha Teas - Crown Chakra Tea - Value $0.50

My crown chakra always seems to be aligned pretty well, but a little tea never hurt anything!

Sapphire Soul Lip Balm - Value $2?

We can always use more lip balm at my house. Especially now that it's so dry outside (and in)!

Swift-Lite Charcoal - Value $3.40

These are to burn the Frankincense!

Gold Taper Candle - Value $1?

So pretty and festive!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - bracelet

Sankofa Symbol Wrap Bracelet - Value $30?

So, I pulled this out of the pouch, not knowing what it was at all, and then I pulled this out of the pouch:

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - bracelet-2

It turns out, they are both supposed to be worn together as a wrap bracelet! So pretty - I love the colors! The little charm is Sankofa symbol, which is all about turning back and learning from the past. I think as the year winds down, this is something most of us do. What a thoughtful inclusion in this package!

Sapphire Soul Subscription Box Review December 2015 - coupon

This coupon for saraswatijewels.com was also included. I assume this is the maker of the wrap bracelet, but their shop is currently offline. I hope everything is okay with them.

The Verdict: This was my second package from Sapphire Soul, and I absolutely loved it! Usually, matters of spirituality are so serious, but this package reminded me that it is also truly joyful and cause for celebration!

This box is being grossly misrepresented here. I received this box as well, it had the same items except was missing the following; the tank top, the pink stone bracelet, 3 of the yoga joes. Also, I received two salt crystals instead of one and then one pyrite. Everything else is the same.

It looks as though they have multiple subscription levels/boxes – maybe you have a different subscription?

They do have a lot of subscriptions, but I have the large box. The difference between that and the original box is that it’s about $20 more an includes jewelry.

Vanessa

I also didn’t get the sunglasses.

I have the Large box subscription.

The wrap and the pink stone bracelet are suppose to be worn together per the review, it seems they might have mis-prepared your box, have you tried to contact the support?

I myself ordered Chakra box using the black Friday deal, the box was missing the free bracelet among other questionable items. I contacted them and they fixed for me.

I have Himalayan salt in a grinder on my kitchen counter. It’s delicious. Can’t say if it’s purifying, though – we still have ants.

...

Is there any chance the box prices could be bolded on reviews? Or put right at the top? Sometimes I have a hard time finding the prices, and they’re always at some random spot in the middle.

And sorry, just to clarify, I mean the subscription price, not the cost of the items. I can’t seem to find it.

It’s the large mindful and mystic box which would be $54 + 7.50 shipping.
