Has anyone had trouble receiving their voucher from RueLaLa? I ordered from them once in the past without any issues. This time, after I ordered I waited 24 hours and my voucher never showed up in my e-mail. I reached out to CS and they re-sent it to my verified e-mail and again 24 hours later, I had not received it. They asked for an alternate e-mail address, which I provided, but still nothing on either e-mail and it has been a few days…I double checked trash and spam and all of that. I added Ruelala to my contacts and nothing. Just curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this…

This happens to me every single time I order a voucher from Rue La La. It’s incredibly frustrating because they are in my contacts, it’s not going to spam, and I have no issues receiving any other email from them. Sometimes after repeated sends I get it, but last time they ended up sending it to me from a different address.

I don’t know what the problem is with their voucher-sending system, but they really need to fix it!

Thank you! I will reach out to see if they can send from another address. I too have no problem receiving promotional emails or responses from customer service. Strange!

I’m not sure why but when I comment on the app it never posts, it tells me it does but it never does. Anyway thanks so much for sharing this deal! I’m so happy I could grab it before it sold out! Finally a way to get a Birchbox subscription with Paypal, I’m so happy! Also it was a great deal, I know Birchbox is having a good deal on their gift subscriptions but I just bought the regular subscription to put on my account that I’m an Ace on and I’ve had it for years! Also like I said they don’t accept Paypal but I so wish they did! I would be so happy!

BB has a new deal directly from BB. 20% off sub plus free bundle of products. Check your email.

I went to get this, hoping to use it for myself. When I put my email in it said you can’t gift it to yourself. How do you all get around this? Do you just send it to a different email and then add it on your account or do you need to start a whole new account. I don’t think I want to balance two accounts.

Code is 20gift

Not sure what happened to my comment but what is the difference between the 2 offers? (One says2016 the year of, the other says: just for you)
Sorry for the silly question, I just dont want to get the wrong one if/when I give in.

Cindy

I believe the gift subscription will not allow you to purchase those monthly add-ons, though, so consider that when making your choice.

Bella

Of course NOW I see the comment…sorry about that

Bella

This is probably a silly question but…what is the difference between the 2 boxes. There’s 12 month(says 2016 the year of ….) and the yearly (says just for the year in smaller print)
Is one the choice and the other the preselected, or something like that…
I was thinking of getting one but I know I like those preselected themed boxes!
Please help! Thanks 🙂

Wait… What?… (in response to comment below about what customer service said-it wouldn’t let me reply to that one on my phone)…
Now I’m confused… one of the options above has full products and it’s same price as the sample one?

Jen

I don’t think CS knows what they are talking about. One is personal one is giftable.

Bella

That’s exactly what I was thinking!
I have no clue why that would be but according to a ruelala rep
“… with the exception of one is a gift package with sample products, and the other is the full product”
Which seems really weird now that im really thinking about it…

April

Actually I guess both auto renew…

Reply ButtonReply

Bella

Darn, a gift one would have been even better!
Now I really wonder what the difference is though….

April

The second option is a gift subscription which will not auto renew. The first will auto renew after 12 months. Hope this helps!

Has anyone purchased a voucher? I am wondering how long we have to redeem it as I do not want another December box and I’d rather not have a January box.

Reply ButtonReply

Karina

Validity says from December 18, 2015 to December 18, 2016. Does that mean the voucher would be valid those dates?? So if I wanted to save it for the time of my renewal I could use it then rather than have them renew for me automatically?? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I’m a little lost…lol

Just want to note the 25% off was better (25% off $110 was $82.50 plus you could get something from the bonus shop). But a great deal if you don’t want to wait till next year!

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

What 25% off deal is that?

Reply ButtonReply

Bell

It was the blackfriday/cybermonday deal they had(though aces got 30% off)
I tried to get the offer but they wouldnt accept my paymet method 🙁
Might try this…how easy is it to cancel these before renewal?

Jen

how do you get something from the bonus shop?

Chelsea Skovgaard

You can add the sample pack to the order of the subscription since it is over $35 for the year.

Khaleesi142

I think it’s the best deal I’ve seen for BB. I was able to get 25% off recently on the sub (I wasn’t Ace so I didn’t get the 30% off) so I wish I could’ve taken advantage of this one instead and saved my points for something else.
Also, so many great deals! Too many to be able to take advantage of! How about save some for Christmas in July?!? ?

Reply ButtonReply

Will I have to make a new account, or will this take over instead of me making monthly payments? I don’t want to lose my ACE status or my points!

Reply ButtonReply

K8

You’ll still be an Ace, but you may have to cancel and resub with the gift subscription. I had CS help me with it…and then worried that I wouldn’t get my sample choice (I did, but holy hell is it tiny).

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

Doesn’t Aces start over every year anyway?

Reply ButtonReply

Katherine

Noooo…Really? Can someone answer this?

Jessica

Does anyone know how this deal compares with others? I cancelled my subscription and am considering purchasing. But unsure if this cost is relatively good compared with past coupons. Thanks so much!

Reply ButtonReply

Sara

The 30% off for Aces was the only better deal. This is a great deal.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

Sorry that I didn’t even think of using my 30% off for a subscription.

jj

I have not ever seen a deal like this for Birchbox. So I think this is pretty good.
