I bought the Decorator box but my candle arrived with NO WICK. Wth??? I emailed Popsugar but I’m not holding much hope :'( it’s the whole reason I bought the box and I was horrified when my mom opened the Christmas present candle. It was a pretty one too! (lagoon I think)

Yep, bought my Hostess box at full price on Nov 30. Christmas has now come and gone and still no box. When I check the site, it says my order is still “processing”. If this is their business model, I think it has some serious drawbacks! I’ve requested to cancel the shipment since I don’t need it now… hope that goes smoothly.

Popsugar is killing me this holiday season too- I ordered a six month sub with the friends and family, the holiday box for her, the Neiman Marcus box, the Today Show box, and yesterday I ordered one of each of these. They’re all such a good deal though, and I know exactly what’s coming in each box and they’re shipping quickly. If this was Popsugar’s business model normally, I think they’d do an incredible amount of business.

I FINALLY received one of the boxes ordered on November 30th today however the second one on the same order hasn’t even shipped. I contacted customer service on the 17th and haven’t heard anything, yet today they sent me a request to “rate” my service…what service?? This is the first bad experience I’ve had with Popsugar but they really dropped the ball so far.

I ordered the Decorator Box and another box that had a few of the November items in it. The November item one hasn’t shipped. The Decorator Box hasn’t had a scan on it since Monday. I guess it is sitting in Ohio waiting for a truck.

I think I might cave and get the decorator box after reading all the comments – I’ll either use something for my mom for Christmas, or hold onto it for Mother’s Day… or just use everything myself.
$55 is such a good deal (and I’m excited to smell this candle that I’ve read so many great things about)

Picked up 4 of the Decorator stocking stuffers for Mother’s Day gifts!
I have one mother and 3 mothers-in-law and am already done with their Christmas gifts, but these are perfect for Mother’s Day as well! (I have never been so on top of these things, ha!)
In case anyone else does this, I had to place separate orders since only one discount will be applied per order even if you add multiple sets to your cart.

I hope the skin cream is usable.. A bit worried, but they wouldn’t sell expired items from a luxury brand, would they?

Oohh, nice! I just bought the Decorator one. I used that picture frame as a gift for someone last Christmas and kept thinking about it throughout the year. It is sooo pretty and luxe. Glad to have it again and at such a great price. The candle and swing box are awesome, too!
