GlossyBox Subscriptions on Sale at RueLaLa!

I must be one of the few that had a good experience with glossy box! I got a one-month subscription with the last Rue Lala deal, I subscribed on the 9th but I had to cancel by 10th in order to not be billed for the next month. So, I immediately sent them an email they responded within a couple hours and canceled my subscription. I was never misbilled or had any issues with the customer service, they were very responsive. I may just have been lucky but I had a great experience. I plan on getting one more of the $15 Rue LaLa deals for the December box.

Warning, they sent me the 2nd box 15 days after I received the 1st one, hard to cancel, customer service is super slow and doesn’t care if u r unhappy. Had 2 get my cc co to help me.

Liz, I have clicked your link and can’t find Glossybox on RueLaLa. I’ve been all over the website. I love this box and always re-subscribe when there’s a coupon to do so!

Worst subscription box experience with them ever. The boxes were mediocre or downright awful. The customer service is non-existent…the CS number they have is just connected to a voicemail and don’t expect a call back ever. If you don’t cancel before a specific date every month they will charge you for the next month’s box. I was getting my box just after the cancel by date and in the end I had to pay for one more box of disappointment. People seem to be tricked by the outside box itself because they’re nice/heavy duty…but there is zero theme in a box and you’re more likely to get questionable items than good ones, regardless of supposed value. If you can’t cancel a box up until the right before it ships, my opinion is you shouldn’t bother with any subscription with them, regardless how high end or supposedly great the value is.

Came to join the shade party. I got a sub through Rue La La and it was AWFUL. Rue La La was great, but GB was terrible. My box was boring, items were missing, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. Plus, when I tried to cancel it took two months and four tries.

I want to try this but after reading all the past months boxes comments, it seems that this box is declining in both value and quality of items.

It says shipping is not included?

Did anyone note that it cost more to get the 6 month coupon? Weird.

I’m a newer MSA member and received the last two boxes which I loved. I think it’s a great box for this deal, but I’ve seen past reviews and have definitely noticed a decline in quality. For example, another member noted that you can get one of the items, Biossance for free if you go to the Biossance website.

I tried it out through RueLaLa and Glossybox charged me again before I even got my first box. I ended up getting 2 boxes close together and didn’t care for either.

If you’re interested in trying Glossybox, this is totally the way to do it. At this price, it costs about the same as Allure Beauty Box (aka Sample Society) and do it’s pretty much worth it. I would never pay the full $21.

This is how I’ve always bought my GB subs -with the 6- month deal. But I’ve been so disappointed with them lately that I’m not even going to get this deal.
