Each box comes with a card detailing the items included, and the prices of the full-size versions.

petit-vour-september-2015-blissoma

Blissoma Free Rejuvenating Herbal Gel Cleanser & Makeup Remover - 2 oz Value $16

This sample is half the size of the full-size version, so it should last for a while! It's a non-foaming gel, and really like that it is a cleanser and eye makeup remover in one. I like the natural scent of the formula, and it didn't feel like it left my skin dry, so I'm happy with this sample.

petit-vour-september-2015-scrub

MSC Skin Care Exfoliating Body Scrub in Grapefruit and Spearmint - 1.5 oz? Value $3.50?

The size isn't listed on the sample, so I'm estimating on the size/value. (The specific variation of this scrub isn't listed on the card, so I'm guessing subscribers may receive different scents). I love the Grapefruit and Spearmint combo - it is so unique and refreshing! This scrub has a good amount of oil in the formula too - so it leaves skin very moisturized.

petit-vour-september-2015-mask

Mahalo Pele Mask - 10 ml? Value $12.80? (Sample will provide one full or two light masks)

(Guessing on the value/size of this sample as well). I've sampled the Mahalo Balm before, and I just love the wooden packaging on these samples! This mask is a powder you mix with equal amounts of water to form a mousse/paste. Then let it sit for 20-40 minutes. Since it is a longer wait time mask, I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

petit-vour-september-2015-lipstick

Elate Lipstick in Lively - FULL SIZE! Value $17

Yay for more beautiful woodgrain packaging! This lipstick is all natural and pretty moisturizing too. It's not the most pigmented color, but it adds a hint of shimmer and tint. Here it is swatched:

Verdict: This box has a value of about $50. I think that value is great, and I'm happy with all of the sizes of the beauty products this month. I'll probably end up buying that scrub in full size too - I can't get enough of the scent!

Signed up for Petit Vour this month – my first box shipped yesterday, looking forward to its arrival! Hopefully it doesn’t get hung up at the border [I’m in Canada] – looking forward to trying these goodies out!

Liz – if you like the bamboo packaging, Elate Beauty sells multiple compacts and palettes (and brushes, too) for as low as $9 for a powder compact. Many of their products are packaged to fit the various containers. I just placed an order and am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my large palette and compact!

Oooh! Thanks for the tip – I’m going to check it out! I’m such a sucker for packaging 🙂

This was my first month subscribing to this box and I’m very happy. I signed up for 6 months for the Harvey Prince perfume deal and I’m glad I did. The value is great , I appreciate the curation and packaging.

Sadly, my Elate lipstick broke on second use. It is a bit of a dry formula, so I guess I was pressing too hard? Bummed.

Mine broke straight away! Seemed old to me. Ugh.

I can’t wait to receive my box (got the tracking email today). I was pretty excited for the lipstick, though I wish it was more pigmented to get that autumn vibe out. Mahalo is a brand I’ve been looking forward to try and I guess the mask is a good way to start (even though I don’t use mask very often since they tend to be so messy to clean up). I’ll need to finish my other cleansers first, but the body scrub will definitely be used!

I love this months box! Every product is a hit that I cant wait to try (just got it out of the mail box!). I look forward to this box more than my Birchbox or Ipsy because the products are so unique. The information card is beautiful this month and is going on my fridge. 🙂

I got the same scrub and lipstick as Liz. The grapefruit/spearmint is an amazing scent combination, and I can’t wait to try it! The lipstick is a good neutral color, but it’s not as moisturizing as Beauty Counter’s lip sheer that I received in last month’s Goodebox. I really don’t wear lipstick, but I love that one! I’m also excited to try the cleanser and mask, although Mahalo’s scent has always been a bit off-putting to me.

This is the best value natural beauty sub box ever! I am so impressed with the the quality of their items and brands. I have let others boxes go, but this one is a keeper!

I can’t wait to receive my box and try those products! This is my first subscription box with Petit Vour. I’m in Canada so I think it might take longer. Do all subscribers receive the same products?

Laura

Julie, I am in central Canada and my PV box usually comes around the last day of the month. This box is great! I have been a subscriber for almost two years. All subscribers usually receive the same products, sometimes with variations.

That lipstick would be a great fall blush for fair-light skin or highlighter for dark brown or dark skin.

Happy I didn’t order this month’s because I don’t see anything I need but I am growing interested in their boxes as time passes.

Can’t wait to get mine; usually towards the end of the month. Once again, it looks like it proves why this is one of my favorites.

Beautiful packaging and the info card looks like a nice print as well. 🙂

I have the full size of the Pele mask and you barely need any to make the mask. I’ve done it twice and you can’t even tell I’ve used it. I got it in the SpaHeroes subscription (which is now called Beauty Heroes).

If anyone’s interested in sending me the information card, let me know! I would love to frame it!

I love this box, just wish there was some way to filter for allergies. I was so excited about the Pele mask until I saw it had banana as an ingredient. Yes, I know it’s weird that I’m allergic to bananas haha

Megan

That is a great idea about framing!

I’d be happy to send you my card. This is my last month for this box so sharing a part of it will be a nice way to say goodbye. My email is [email protected] if you’d like to send me your mailing address.
