Ok, onto the review!
Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.
It also comes with a Geek Guide mini mag. I love that they have an item from the Martian in here! I loved the book, and I'm so excited for the movie!
Bounty Hunter T-Shirt - Value $10?
This month's exclusive t-shirt is part Boba Fett and part David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust. While I'm unsure of the connection, other than "space", I think it's an awesome shirt!
Erick Scarecrow Galactic Poster - Value ?
This exclusive 11x17 inch print is really beautiful. I love the artist's style - and it helps getting even more exited for The Force Awakens by featuring Kylo Ren! 50 people got a super limited edition print that was numbered and signed - did you get the super limited edition print?
Bob's Burgers #3 - Value $3.99
This is perfect for me. I have issues 1 and 2 of this series, and was about to go to the comic store to get this issue - so the timing couldn't be better! These issues revolve around 3 short stories from Louise, Tina, and Gene. I enjoyed the first two issues, they were quick reads, but they did have the feel of the tv show. This is an exclusive variant cover - and I love that the burger of the day is the Leek Fuel Burger! They also have a recipe for Leek Fuel Burgers in their mini-mag this month!
It also had a certificate of authenticity for the exclusive variant cover.
Ares 3 Mission Button - Value ?
Liz and I both finished, and loved, The Martian book - so we 're really excited about the upcoming movie. This is a nice inclusion to remind me that it's going to be released soon!
Here's a shot for scale - it's a much bigger button than the typical monthly badges.
Nailed It! Nail Wraps - Value $10
I based the value on a very similar, but different color, item. Liz isn't big into nail wraps - so this may be gifted!
Roche Fusion Steam Game - Value $12
This month's game is a galactic game as well! I lose out on this one since it's PC only - I'll have to add it to the pile for a future Geek Mystery Box Giveaway!
Doctor Who Ice Cube Tray - Value $8.30 on Amazon
This is a cool little silicone ice cube tray that makes Tardis & Dalek ice cubes!
Verdict: I really enjoyed this month's Geek Fuel! I thought they included extremely good value for the cost of the box, and I love the Bob's Burgers comic and the Force Awakens poster! I am always a bit disappointed when the Steam game is PC only, but a ton of Steam games are - so it's kind of expected. My loss is your gain for a future giveaway!
