Five Four Club is a monthly men’s clothing subscription service. You take a brief survey when you sign up (sizes and style preferences), and then each month they send you on average 2-3 new clothing pieces or accessories. For reference, my husband’s style profile is “T-Shirt and jeans.”

My husband has been subscribing for over a year now and in general, is very happy with the quality of the clothing and the value. (We’ve found the sizing to be similar to American Eagle’s sizing if that helps!)

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Five Four partnered with designer Mark McNairy to create an exclusive line for Five Four Club subscribers. (I'm not sure if all these pieces are from that line though).

Five Four Conant Pullover

(60% Cotton, 40% Polyester)

T-shirt hoodies are my husband's favorite - so I knew this month was a winner as soon as I pulled this out of the package. This is a lightweight hoodie long sleeve tee - perfect for fall transition weather. I like the grey fabric detail on the edges too:

Five Four Newell Tee

(100% Cotton)

Eric loves his basic Five Four tees (he says they are super comfortable), so getting another one is always good. This one has a raw edge hem to mix it up a little!

Five Four Abbot White T-Shirt

(60% Cotton, 40% Polyester)

Well, this one is definitely from the McNairy line. Here is the full t-shirt design:

(Probably not wearable for all situations!)

Verdict: Five Four is no longer included retail values on the invoice, so I don't have a value tally for this box. (But since Five Four makes the clothing and the prices, that's somewhat open to interpretation anyway). I do think these three pieces are worth $60+, though.

This is the best Five Four package we've received in a while - definitely more wearable for Eric than last's months!

I never feel like these boxes are worth the $60 price tag. Especially this one. 2 t-shirts and a hoodie shirt would run me about $30 at Old Navy and you get options.

Did you get the “thanks for being premium” email that your sub was going to be $49 for the next three months? Or is it just because I keep calling every three months to cancel and they keep offering me $45/month pricing to keep us? Great customer service.
