I love a cozy fleece robe, but I am happy to add this robe to my collection! It's made with a soft jersey-like material (rayon, spandex, polyester blend), and I love the pink sash belt! It is both flattering and comfortable - I definitely recommend it.

Verdict: I'm pleased with the quality of Adore Me products at their price point. I bought a few of their fleece robes last year, and they still look newish after lots of laundry cycles, so their loungewear holds up well!

I think they’re expensive for the quality they provide. They’re not bad…but I had sizing issues and find their bras extremely uncomfortable.

I have ordered 4 sets from them. All of them at the same time. 2 of the 4 bras have popped the underwire through the bra, and have tried to stab me. I feel like for $40 I could go buy a VS bra, which is much better quality, and has much better customer service and return policy. I had a pair of their (VS’s) seamless underwear come apart after a couple of times being worn, and I emailed them about it and they emailed back very quickly telling me to take the customer help ID code to a retail store, and they would replace it no charge. I sent an email to Adore Me regarding my two bras, and asking to cancel my VIP membership. They didn’t even address my two bras with the underwire poking through, and just gave me instructions on how to cancel my membership. I then tried to post to their Facebook page, and they monitor and approve all posts (likely because they have a LOT of people not happy with their products,) and of course I haven’t seen the post approved, nor have I gotten a response from them. I haven’t cancelled my account yet, because I figure I will get a set of pajamas, and then my one “free” set of whatever before I cancel.

In my history of “subscription services” (if this one can really count as one) this one has had THE WORST customer service.

Laura, that stinks that you’ve had a bad experience. 🙁

I’ve ordered from AdoreMe twice so far. The first box deal for $25 and then one other time with $10 off. I got bra/panty sets both times. For the first set, the coloring was a little different than I thought it would be but still very pretty – also a little snug/small but wearable. The 2nd set fits perfectly and is beautiful – my only complaint, but this is about all bras with lace on the front – is that they are not smooth under most of my shirts. 🙁

I think some of their bathing suits look adorable and I’ve heard great things but they don’t have any skirted ones… that’s a must for me. I think I may try one of their robes or PJs with my next coupon. They’ve had a few BOGO deals that I haven’t taken advantage of yet either.

I ordered a box with the Labor Day promo. It came very quickly and I was pleased with the look of the lingerie (bra + panty) when it was in the box. The packaging was nice too.

Unfortunately, despite reading reviews for sizing that said it was true to size and using AdoreMe’s sizing guide to make sure I got the right size, the bra is not true to size. I had major, major spillage. And double unfortunately, at 34G I’ve sized out of their line.

I e-mailed them a few days ago and haven’t heard anything.. so now I’m on hold waiting to talk to someone. The “average wait” is “over 12 minutes” now, though I’ve been on hold for over 20 without having spoken to an actual person yet. Not really how I wanted to spend my Friday off. Their hold music is obnoxious too.

I just want to return/get a refund and cancel. :/

After 25 minutes, I got disconnected. Redialed and waited another 20 to get connected to a person. They don’t do cancellations over the phone but she e-mailed the link to set it up. I went through it (4 or 5 pages of “ARE YOU SURE??? WE’RE AWESOME!! ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO QUIT??!!??” and now my membership status is “inactive.” Woo. Hopefully the return process will be slightly less painful.
