Mindfulness Box Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - info

Every month, Mindfulness Box includes in info card like this, detailing all of the enclosed items.

Mindfulness Box Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - amethyst

Amethyst Druzy – Value $10

They don’t have this in their online store, but I found this one on etsy. It’s the same thing but a little smaller and less expensive. From what I can tell, Mindfulness Box’s listed value is right on.

Somehow they knew I needed amethyst for my third eye right now. Amethyst is actually a pretty powerful crystal for clearing, calming, and healing. I have it on my desk now, and I gently press it to my forehead every time I need to return to the moment and quiet my mind.

Mindfulness Box Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - diffuser

Hand-Carved Soap Stone Oil Diffuser – Value $15

This is absolutely beautiful. I love this! You put a little tea light in the bottom and then put some oil in the little bowl on top. On the right is a meditation card. The flickering of light is so good for meditation!

This item is not in their shop, either, but I found a similar one on Amazon that reflects the same retail value.

Here is a view of the diffuser with the top on.

Mindfulness Box Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - oil

Aura Cacia Sweet Orange Essential Oil – Value $5

Mindfulness Box included this wonderful essential oil for use in the oil diffuser. I have many oils I would like to play around with, but this is a good pick for summer!

Mindfulness Box Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - treats

Yum Earth Organics Vitamin C Lollipops – Value $0.50 each

Yogi Tea Relaxed Mind – Value $0.25

Medicine of the People Enlightenment Salve – Value $10

I haven’t tried any of these three little items, but I am excited to check them out! If those lollipops are tasty I will totally get some for my kids for the winter. The salve also gets great reviews as a kind of miracle skin healing balm.

The Verdict: I love this month’s Mindfulness Box! The oil diffuser is gorgeous and something I would never have thought to buy for myself! The amethyst is perfect, too! I will definitely use everything they sent. The values add up to about $42, which is great for the $29 subscription price. I think this is a great subscription for those of you who meditate daily or frequently, and like little accessories to help make it more special.

  1. Thanks for the review, I have been practicing mindfulness meditation and this box would be perfect. Are there any codes for a discount of a subscription?

  2. My pedi office gives out those organic lollipops – my daughter loves them 🙂 I’ve tasted one too, they are good!

    • SCORE! Thanks Brandi!
